The Villa Ranteghin, an old stunning and completely renovated farmhouse, is located in a beautiful corner of Tuscany, 1 km from Casciana-Terme (spa). Florence, Pisa, Sienna and Lucca can be reached quickly. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and has two large terraces (each 24 m2) that offer an idyllic view of the Tuscan landscape and stunning sunrises and sunsets. The 42 m2 living room has a spacious fireplace that provides for a special atmosphere during the winter. The interior designs follow the typical, rustic Tuscan style: terracotta floors throughout the entire apartment, tables, chairs and cabinets made of wood. The large garden (over 4 hectares) shows the typical Tuscan landscape with olive and pine trees, cypresses, laurel and different fruit trees. A family-friendly environment, a romantic city, but also a perfect starting point for sport lovers awaits you!

Casciana Terma is a small resort and has beautiful and typical restaurants, ice cream shops, bars and stores. Year-round, the spas are opened - here you can participate in diverse wellness offers at all times: massages, manicures, pedicures, etc. A few metres from the centre you will find the well-kept sport facilities with tennis courts, a soccer field and a pool. Possible cultural day excursions can be taken to Pisa, Lucca, the Etruscan city of Volterra, San Gimignano, Sienna and also to Montalcino where the famous Brunello is produced. However, you can also enjoy the coast and the sea and you can drive to Castigioncello, Quercianella, Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi, Marina di Pisa or Tirrenia. The area offers also hiking paths in the beautiful nature where you can enjoy the tranquillity and fresh air and you can be amazed by the stunning landscapes.

Notes: The apartment has two spacious terraces (each 24 m2) that are equipped with garden tables and chairs. Pets are allowed upon agreement with the landlord. The kitchen is completely equipped with dishes. In the garden there is a ca13x6 saltwater swimmingpool, which was built in sommer 2011. Deck-chairs are available by the pool. By the pool there is also a lovely solar shower, for our guests, free of charge.
