S. Cassiano is about 140 m2, the distinction of the title 'Barone Fiorio di San Cassiano', was given to the Rivianer paper producer Giuseppe Fiorio, represented by the German emperor by Prince Carl Theodor from Bavaria. The upper-class Fiorio family lived on our current property before 1850. Within the villa, the apartment is called 'la Signorile' as a sign of respect, because it is in the original condition from 1850 and the shows the history of the Fiorio di San Cassiano family. As normal back then, there are also no corridors, so the rooms go into each other. The centre is formed by the large salon with its harmonic 4 windows and 3 doors. Dark parquet, a white, antique ceramic oven and a marble fireplace, plus the original doors, give the room its timeless elegance. Connecting to this are the two large bedrooms. The two bathrooms were built in, completely new, in 2009.
