The quiet and elegant apartment is 50 sqm large, very bright and beautiful, has recently been completely, high quality, lovingly restored. We have them for two persons, with extendable sofa bed can also find 3 people comfortably. All furniture is new, and create a pleasant atmosphere between modernity and the charm of an old house with original, restored stucco elements. The spacious living room, which also serves as a bedroom, is also with a large couch and a comfortable, colonial-style bed (180 x 200 cm). From the living room has a beautiful view of old maple trees and walkable balcony. For entertainment, there is a DVD, TV, radio, books, games and free WLAN available. The large kitchen is fully equipped with Ceranherd, oven, dishwasher, steam vent, water heater, coffee maker, toaster & crockery. Bathroom with shower. Other apartments available on request!

Nearest Train: station S-Karlshorst at 1 Kilometres

The over one hundred years Karlshorst with its villas and country houses since the beginning of the last century on the sought-after residential areas in the southeast of Berlin. Of the still-existing buildings, two-thirds from 1894 to 1908 established. The quiet city apartment is conveniently located within walking proximity of the S-Bahn station Karlshorst and the Tierpark Berlin. The Alexander Platz in Berlin, and other attractions such as Potsdamer Platz and Hackescher Markt is easily reached by train or car in less than 25 minutes. A bus stop is located a few meters before the entrance. The bus goes directly to, inter alia, the S-Bahn station Nöldnerplatz. As a special amenity is the bakery on the opposite side of the road is recommended. Other shopping opportunities, as well as several restaurants are also within a few hundred meters away.

A really nice stay

My wife and I had a nice 5-night stay in this charming apartment in Berlin this past weekend.

The apartment is fully appointed with a TV, equipped kitchen (no microwave unfortunately), comfy bed, and a nice hot shower to wake up in the morning.

As a nice touch, Volkmar picked us up at the Schonefeld airport and even left a bottle of sekt (German bubbly wine) in the fridge for us.

Nothing negative to point out. Very beautiful appartment, charming neighbourhood, very close to the S-Bahn Station and very kind tenant.

Wohlfühlen wie zu Hause...

...kann man sich in dieser Wohnung in Berlin-Karlshorst! Wir sind schon viel verreist, aber diese Wohnung hat bis jetzt alle Anderen übertroffen. Super schön eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts..sehr sauber und super gepflegt. In nur 20 Minuten ist man mit der S-Bahn am Alexanderplatz, sie ist trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Fotos spiegeln ganz genau die Wohnung wieder, einfach traumhaft!!! Wir kommen wieder und empfehlen Sie guten Gewissens weiter, danke für die Gastfreundschaft in Ihrer Wohnung. Stadturlaub

Die Ferienwohnung ist genau wie beschrieben. Gibts nichts dran auszusetzten!!!!!!

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: gut sortierter Obstladen ca.50m Entfernung; Plus und Kaiser´s am S-Bahnhof Karlshorst. Bäckerei gegenüber hat auch am Sonntag vormittag geöffnet.

Gastronomie: zu empfehlen ist die "Kneipe" Wernesgrüner direkt an der Kreuzung Makrsbuger/Treskow. (lecker geräucherte Speisen).
Für Urlauber , die Berlin nur mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erkunden wollen, ist es ratsam, sich vorab ein 3 bzw. 5 Tagesticket (z.B. Berliner Welcome-Card) online zu bestellen. Mit diesem Ticket sind einige weitere Vergünstigungen verbunden.
Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch kleinere Problem werden schnell und unproblematisch gelöst.
Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir werden die Ferienwohung gerne wieder buchen.
