The flat is an oasis of quiet and calm. It is situated next to a protected natural area, although the city centre is only 4 miles away and can easily be reached by bus. The flat is situated in a modern but cosy 10-year old house with four flats. Common garden with playground and trampoline in a very natural environment. A public swimming pool is close by and easily accessible by bus. Horse riding is offered in some farms in walking distance. The flat also contains a library that you can use. This room can also be turned into an additional bedroom. If you are bikers, you'll find lots of opportunities from relaxing to exhausting. Very impressive are both the romantic view into the moor on the North side and the impressive panoramic alpine view to the South.
