2 room apartment, Porto Colom. This 70 m² appealing parterre apartment is in a tranquil street in a quality residential district. From here it’s only 500 m on foot to lovely Cala, where most Majorcans go in summer. A communal pool used by only five apartments is at your disposal. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are approx. 2 km away. The apartment has an approx. 30 m² furnished terrace with fenced garden, and is partly roofed. Sea view. Good furnishing with satellite TV, washing machine, approx. 40 m² living room with 3 seater sofa and dining area. Terrace exit. Access to basement. Separate kitchen, 4 jet gas cooker, electric oven, fridge with freezer shelf. Hallway, bedrooms with double bed (140 x 200) with shower/WC, twin bedroom. Bathroom/WC. Carport in shade available.

Porto Colom is one of the loveliest natural towns remaining on the island. All around the large harbour there are promenades for walking. Two bays are very close by. This fishing town is known for its good fish restaurants, bars and Nobel prize restaurants. In the evenings Majorcans sit and talk in front of their houses. Vall D´or golf course is 5 km outside the town. Take a trip to Klosterberg San Salvador with splendid view of the coast (16 km) and Santuari castle ruins (22 km). On Sundays there’s a village market in Felanitx (15 km).
