This is a newly equipped Mallorca style house with stunning uninterrupted mountain and sea views. It is located in a quiet and relaxing, largely undiscovered area of Mallorca. It is set amongst pine trees in a protected area of natural beauty, perfect for walking and exploring the local coastal paths. The house is spacious and with open plan, equipped with all you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The house has a large covered terrace and a small rear landscaped garden. There is also a shared 20 m pool with children's section and tennis court.

Betlem is a small, quiet urbanisation of mainly holiday homes set amongst pine trees in a protected area of natural beauty. It has two local restaurants of a high standard, one of which overlooks the sea giving stunning views across the Bay of Alcudia. The neighbouring village of Colonia Sant Pere (3 km) has a colourful promenade with a small sandy beach, a Marina, 2 banks, 2 small supermarkets and numerous restaurants, many overlooking the sea. The area makes an excellent base for activities such as golf, cycling, walking or just exploring the local coastal paths. The nearby historic town of Arta is 9 km away with its interesting hilltop church giving spectacular views overlooking the town and across to the east coast.

Beautiful clean modern house and peaceful location. Fantastic views of the mountains and surrounds. Complete chill out for the week. The walking looked good,lots of info in the house regarding this plus places of interest/restaurants etc. Didn't get around to anything as completely unwound in the relaxed enviroment. Would certainly recommend to friends and family.

Thank you so much for introducing us to your beautiful home in Betlem. Your house was without question the best equipped house we have tried so far. We had a great time and explored most of the north of Mallorca. The tennis court was a huge hit, so too the pool which was never busy even in August. The setting is amazing, those views are unbeatable.

Perfekter Urlaub

Dieser Urlaub war wunderbar vom ersten Tag an! Durch ein Schreiben der Vermieter wurden wir bereits bis vor die Haustüre geleitet. Man fährt ca. 1 Stunde vom Flughafen zum Urlaubsziel.
Es war alles wie beschrieben - nur noch besser... Es war alles perfekt geputzt und schön hergerichtet. Am Pool waren wir fast immer alleine, jedoch weiß ich nicht wie das in den anderen Monaten ist. Zum Sandstrand fährt man ca. 15 min.
Am ersten Abend waren wir 30 m weit entfernt zum Essen! Alles wirklich hervorragend. Frischen Fisch usw.
Auch 30 m entfernt ist ein kleiner Laden mit allem nötigen, richtig einkaufen muß man aber in einem Supermarkt. In diesem Mini-Markt gibt es jeden früh frische Brötchen, Baguettes und Gebäck. Lecker!
Wir werden sicher wiederkommen und haben es auch schon weiterempfohlen. Unsere Urlaubsbilder sprechen für sich!!

entspannter Urlaub in gepflegter Anlage

Es handelt sich um ein sehr sauberes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus
in ruhiger Lage. Insgesamt vier Doppelhäuser gruppieren sich um den Swimmingpool und den gegenüberliegenden Tennisplatz. Autoparkplatz befindet sich am Haus.
Direkt vor dem Haus befand sich eine - zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthaltes - stillgelegte Baustelle. Aufgrund der Sommerhitze waren die Fensterläden zu dieser Seite allerdings immer geschlossen, so dass wir den schönen Ausblick in die Berge genossen und darüber hinweg sahen...
Der Tennisplatz wurde in den Morgen- und frühen Abendstunden häufig genutzt (sollte man wissen, haben wir allerdings nicht als störend empfunden!). Der Pool ist groß und sauber, ideal für Kinder.

Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist umfangreich und hochwertig. Wir haben lediglich einen Grill und eine Klimaanlage (Reisezeit Juli!) vermisst.
Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter war perfekt, alle erforderlichen Informationen haben wir bereits rechtzeitig im Vorfeld der Anreise erhalten.
Wir würden wieder dort hinreisen und haben das Haus bereits weiterempfohlen.

Sauberes, gepflegtes Haus

Ein sauberes, gepflegtes Haus und die Ausstattung war in Ordnung. Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter war ausgezeichnet. Die nachfolgenden Bemerkungen dienen daher mehr zur Klarstellung:

Die Bilder vom Haus und der Umgebung geben die Standortbetrachtung korrekt wieder, bei den Poolbildern geht man aber eher davon aus, dass der Pool komplett im Grünen liegt. Tatsächlich schaut man vom Pool auf ein ca. 6 Etagen hohes Haus aus den 70er Jahren. Ähnlich erging es uns im Haus, als wir die Fensterläden öffneten. Auf der Vorderseite ist in ca. 2 m Entfernung ein neues Haus im Rohbau. Hinten hat man tatsächlich einen schönen Ausblick auf die Landschaft. Leider hatte das Haus keine Klimaanlage, so dass es für die Monate Juli / August nur bedingt empfehlenswert ist, es sei denn, die vielen Mücken und die Hitze machen den Besucher nichts aus.

Wenn man das alles weiß und erwartet: durchaus Empfehlenswert, insbesondere für Tennisspieler!
Owner's Response: We have now installed ceiling fans in the bedrooms & lounge to help with the heat in the summer months. We have had no complaints from July/August guests about mosquitoes.
