This 1 bedroom condo located in the Kimball Junction area of Park City features a full kitchen, washer/dryer, gas fireplace, secure high speed wi-fi internet, cable TV, private balcony overlooking tennis courts, large walk in closet, reserved covered parking, common use club house (with a compact gym and large hang out area with views), swimming pool (closed during winter), common use outdoor/covered hot tub (open year round), and free Park City shuttle service (runs every 30 min).

Sleeps 4 (1 king bed in bedroom, and 1 queen size sofa sleeper in the living room).

World Class Skiing minutes away; 3 miles to Canyons, 5 miles to Park City Mountain Resort, and 7 miles to Deer Valley. Alta, Snowbird, Solitude, and Brighton are about a 45 minute drive away.

Convenient Condo

Nice comfortable well equipped condo. Good location for skiing, shopping, and hiking. There is good bus transport also. The location is busy so drivers beware and bring your Garmin! Outlet mall down the street. It was quiet also. The owner is very helpful. Only complaint... Bed pillows smelled. Also someone before my stay smoked. Ick! Please find another place to stay if you are a smoker. It's so rude to others who want a No Smoking rental!!

Owner's Response: Thank you for your kind review. I'm glad you found the condo to be comfortable and convenient. I am sorry the pillows had an odor. The issue has been discussed with my cleaner. Furthermore, new pillows are being purchased. SMOKING: Look folks, this guest is 100% correct. This is a no-smoking property. My guest's, who are not smokers, including myself, deserve and expect a smoke free place to stay. The condo is 650 SqFt, so even 1 cigarette will smell up the whole place. I have since made it more clear with my listing and rental agreement that smoking is not tolerated in or around the property. If you are a smoker please find another listing.

Clean, Comfortable Condo!

My husband and I really enjoyed our summer Park City getaway. This condo was very clean, the bed super comfortable and it was well stocked with nice linens and kitchen essentials. There is a biking/walking trail that connects to the unit and we enjoyed biking. The hot tub and swimming pool were nice and when we used them, we were the only ones. The condo complex was very quiet, but you can hear some freeway noise while in the unit which we got used to after the first night. The owner was very easy to contact and kept in touch with us with excellent directions. Our damage deposit was returned a day after we left. I would definitely stay here again.

This place is great. It is very clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient. The kitchen is well appointed so cooking your own meals is no issue. The owner is also very responsive and professional. I would definitely stay here again.
