Bungalow Guayacan Unit 3 is set around a huge, endangered hardwood tree named the Guayacan, a year round producing Star Fruit Tree, walking trails, gardens, and ocean viewing. The Guayacan is a pool feature and overlooks the bungalow's pool on the ocean side of the property, and the Star Fruit provides shade to the bungalow.
Bungalows Guayacan are 4 units located 55 meters above sea level, 225 meters from the mid-tide line of Punta Pochote, Manzanillo, a 250 meter walk to the beach,Playa Manzanillo, and less than a 5 minute drive to Playa Hermosa.
Bungalow 3 is equipped with bunk beds, a full kitchen, small refrigerator, gas stove, coffee maker and all the kitchenware you'll need.
The bungalow is built in a simple one room studio style with the kitchen and bedroom on opposites of the floor plan and a separate bathroom area with the patios placed for pool, monkey, bird, and ocean viewing.
Bungalow Guayacan 3 was added to the property in 2013 and built with laurel wood ceilings and paneling and the patios, door and window frames all accented in teak.
The bungalow comes completely furnished, fully equipped, and is surrounded by lush gardens, gravel walkways, private parking, pressurized hot/cold water, SKY/cable TV, wireless internet, cleaning service, gardener and laundry facilities and/or service needed.
Take time to walk along the trails of our 7 acre property...look for coatis, anteaters, jaguarundis, white face and howler monkeys, various bird species, and iguanas...or find one of our sitting areas and just watch and listen to the ocean.
Our staff can help with any questions or needs, so sit back, relax, and enjoy your stay with us...
I chose Manzanillo because it is far enough away from the action and the congestion of Santa Teresa, but close enough to hop in the car or on a 4-wheeler and have access to anything and everything one could want - and most importantly, the private and pristine beaches and the outstanding surfing and fishing Manzanillo has to offer!
The bungalows are surrounded by a plethora of indigenous trees, and the pool has a very old endangered Guayacan tree on the ocean side. The entire property is 3 hectares (approx. 7.5 acres) and is connected by walking trails with ocean views from almost every corner of the property. The property has been reforested and planted which has brought back the birds, butterflies and animals to the property. You can sit anywhere on the property and hear the waves crashing below down at Punta Pochote.
