This Brand new luxury Algarve Penthouse apartment has large balconies with a beautiful sea view and is located 3 minutes walk from the Praia Grande beach. Situated in the beautiful traditional fishing village of Ferragudo. Close to Golf Courses. Short drive from Faro Airport. SKY TV, Air conditioning, Bar-be-que, Packed with lots of complementary goodies including wine, orange juice, water. Excellent village restaurants and bars where the locals all speak English and are very welcoming. Looks out over bay to Prai de Rocha which can be accesed by a short taxi or water taxi ride. Lots of local activities including Art School, Horse riding, Water Parks, Shopping Centres. Close to Carvoeiro Tennis Centre. For more details and photos please email us for our web address. Ferragudo is a beautiful unspoilt fishing village with traditional Portuguese charm. The village has all the necessary facilities such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, bakery, butchers, gift shops etc. The local beach, Praia Grande, is a large beutiful beach for relaxing, walking, beachcombing, volleyball, watersports ect. and is just 100m from the apartment. Notes: The apartment was completed at the end of 2004 and is fully equipped with all modern furniture and appliances to give you all of the home comforts and more besides. The balcony extends all around the apartment so you have the choice of all day sunshine or shade. There are 2 patio tables to allow you to enjoy breakfast overlooking the sea, or a relaxing coffee in the shade. The apartment also has a full size dining kitchen which is well equipped with gadgets. The formal dining table is within the lounge/diner. There is also a log burning stove. All bedrooms, kitchen and lounge have patio doors onto the large balcones. The kitchen also opens onto the balcony where the large brick built bar-be-que resides, along with the outside dining furniture. This is a small, quiet apartment block overlooking the sea towards Praia de Rocha. There is also a roof terrace as extra space, with panoramic views and another brick built bar-be-que.

Golf: There are many lovely golf courses nearby.

Guest Book: Just to let you know how much we enjoyed our holiday. The apartment is super, very well equipped and maintained. The beds are very comfy and it was great to have lots of towels and linen. We loved the balcony and spent a great deal of time on it. Location and views are perfect. Ferragudo is charming and we would definitely stay there again. The weather was fantastic and we couldn't believe that we virtually had the beaches to ourselves! Our first visit to Portugal and I think we chose the best place to stay. Many thanks, Mrs D. M.
