Victoria is an extra special holiday home. We have taken great care over the timeless and tasteful furnishings. Our house has 2 bedrooms and is furnished for up to 4 people. There is one large master bedroom with 2 wardrobes and a large bathroom. There is one additional double room, which has a bathroom with wash hand basin and a bath/shower. The living room is large and has a television with cable. There is also an open plan American style kitchen with bar, fully equipped. The patio area is covered and features sun lounges and a barbecue. You can sit on the jetty and enjoy a dream view of the canal.

The condo is situated in a noble lagoon town with over 400 miles of canals on the southwest Gulf coast of Florida. It is just 20 minutes away from the tropical islands of Sanibel and Captiva, with their snow white beaches and untouched nature parks. Seasonal water parks, Community parks with playgrounds for children are also abundant in this town. This condo located in the center of Cape Coral. Markets and restaurants are only minutes away. Busch Gardens and Tampa Bay are only 2 hours away. The Everglades with its alligators are only an hour and a half drive, Naples and Bonita offer top shopping and is only a 30-45 minute drive. The seminole Indians have casinos in the Everglades, Tampa Bay and Ft Lauderdale or take an evening cruise on the casino ship that sails out of Ft Myers.

For the children: There are many attractions for children located right nearby, e.g. the children's museum, an interactive museum with animals, hurricane machines etc, Sun Splash water park, Shell museum, diverse Nature Center which explains about the native animals in the area which they also have in the centre. There are long white sandy beaches with dolphins. A zoo in Naples, also Orlando is only 2 and a half hour away with its countless theme parks, Disney, Sea World, Universal etc.

Urlaub in Florida

Im April 2009 verbrachten wir 3 schöne Wochen in der Wohnung. Wir waren angenehm überrascht, wie gut die Ausstattung war. Es fehlte nichts, sogar Strandlaken und Liegen waren vorhanden. Außerdem war alles sehr, sehr sauber. In der Umgebung (um Kreis von 5 Minuten) gab es mehrere gute Restaurants, abgesehen von den üblichen Fast-Food-Ketten. Ein Supermarkt war nur 2 Minuten entfernt.
Der Vermieter Eric war sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Vom Flughafen FortMyers ist die Wohnung problemlos in 30 Minuten zuerreichen.
Allerdings benötigt man ein Auto.

Sehr zufrieden!

Mai-Juni haben wir in Cape Coral 4 Wochen erholsamen
Urlaub bei Eric D verbracht.
Da wir kaum englisch sprechen,hat Eric uns einen
Dolmetscher,Ralf,seinen Freund, vorgestellt,der jederzeit
für uns zu sprechen war.
Das App.liegt sehr ruhig am Kanal und ist perfekt eingerichtet.Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen!

Wir haben eine schöne Woche in Cape Coral verbracht und dabei die Gastfreundschaft von Vermieter Eric D. geniessen dürfen. Alles war perfekt vorbereitet, die Wohnung war renoviert und mit neuen Küchengeräten ausgestattet worden. Alles war blitzsauber und liebevoll vorbereitet. Eric gab uns sogar ein Handy für nationale Gespräche und war jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Wir können diese schöne Ferienwohnung unbedingt empfehlen!
