Cosy Spanish style chalet for 6 persons, peaceful location in centre of Cala Figuera village. Ideal for families with children. The fishing harbour and sandy beaches are only a few minutes away. Nearby there are a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and cafes. The house consists of a living/dining room, kitchen, bathroom and three bedrooms. Cot on request. Pets by arrangement. With three terraces you can enjoy the sun all day. The washing machine is in a separate room. Spanish style furnishings; newly furnished bedrooms.

Cala Figuera: this natural fishing village has transformed itself into a quiet marina with just a few moorings. In the last few years the fishing harbour has been carefully restored. No cars are allowed in the central harbour area. Pedestrians only. Lots of restaurants offer wonderful sea food. In addition there are lots of bars and terrace cafes. A few other local apartments and small hotels are scattered around the area. Excursion busses hardly touch the local area. You can swim in the sea either from designated rocky sea slopes or, after using the beach bus, at Cala Santanyi, or else by glass-bottomed boat to the two sandy beaches at Cala Mondrago or S’Amarador.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The basic prices for 4 persons. Each further person is charged 12 Euro per night, and children are charged as persons. Under 5s are free. Final cleaning is 80 Euro. On arrival a breakages deposit of 100 Euro is payable in cash, to be repaid at the end of the booking if no damages occur. Weekly cleaning and change of bed linen by house owner. Please bring your own beach towels.
  • Booking procedure: on booking you will receive confirmation, travel directions and car hire information by post or email. On receipt of these please pay 30% deposit into house-owner’s account. The remainder is payable on arrival. If possible you will be met by a German/English speaking person at the agreed meeting place at any time of the day or night, shown the way to the property and given the key and instructions for the property. This person is also authorized to collect the remaining sum due and issue a receipt. We hope to make booking by internet as easy as possible.

Schönes und gepflegtes Ferienhaus.Es liegt ruhig in einer Sackgasse.Bis zur Dorfmitte sind es nur wenige Minuten und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe.Zum Strand ist es weiter ,aber mit dem Auto ist er in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Sehr nette Vermieter, sehr sauberes Feriendomizil, klein aber fein, am
Ortseingang von Cala Figuera. Ein Auto ist unbedingt empfehlenswert!
Die schönsten Strände der Insel sind alle in 15 Minuten mit dem Auto
zu erreichen."
