This stunning, romantic vacation apartment has a panoramic view, is only about 600m from a long sand bay, has a large pool, pool patio and is furnished in a comfortable Greek ambiance. The beautiful rental property is quietly located, has a private property with a beautiful, creative garden, exotic flowers and plants. A large canopied patio offers enough shade during the summer months. This is also an interesting object during the winter for retirees who are sick of winter in Germany or other cantries. Here you can enjoy wellness, a masseuse can come to the house upon request, Kneipp treatments on the beach in the saronic/Argolic Sea, swim (also during the winter if you want), hiking, sailing, dive, mountain biking, tennis, wind surfing, surfing, water skiing, culture, excursions to Epidaurus, Mykene, Nafplion, Korinth, the island of Hydra, Spetses, Poros – all are a welcome change. **Swimmingpool-Highlight-Objekt**

The apartment has two adjacent residential units. Housing unit 1 (approximately 75 sqm): bedroom, living room with kitchen, bathroom with toilet. Wireless internet access. Satellite TV, CD player, radio, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 double bedroom.In the living room there are also two sofa beds for one adult and one child.The kitchen has a 4 ring hob with extractor hood, fridge/freezer, various electrical devices such as blender, toaster etc, above-average amount dishes and many more facilities. Additionally the apartement with approx. 50 sqm is located just besides the other apartment and provides a comined living/bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom with WC, separate kitchen, ,2 ring stove, microwave, coffee maker and much more. Cot can be added and is available on-site. Ideal for families, friends or large families.

  • The prices are calculated for 4 persons. Ask for surcharches for 5th person and more persons. During high season the apartment for two persons costs 420, - Euro. Baby bed can be provided. Electricity will be charged extra. The price per week includes: 1 x towel change, 1 x linen exchange, 1 x pool cleaning, 1 x garden cleaning. The final cleaning will be charged with 100 Euro, the smaller apartment 60 Euro. During booking 25% of the total amount are payable as well as 200, - Euro deposit for the big apartment and 100, - Euro deposit for the small apartment with 50 sqm.

Arrival possibilities: If you arrive with an airplane, the arrival to Villa Aphrodite is possible with rental cars, bus, taxi, ferry boats from Piräus to Ermioni or with the train to Corinth. From there a tranfer can be arranged (for a fee). With a car from Germany the connections from Venice, Ancona, Bari or Brindisi to Patras can be used. From there it is about a 3 hour drive through Corinth, Epidaurus, Cranidi and the Porto Heli. It is a scenic, beautiful stretch that will support your holiday mood. You can ask the landlord for information about current prices and possibilities.

Urlaub wie man ihn sich wünscht

Das war ein spitzen Urlaub in wunderschöner Landschaft. Das Mietobjekt (Apartment) war tadellos und sehr gepflegt, was an dem unermütlichen Einsatz der Vermieterin liegt, den Aufenthalte ihrer Gäste so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Von der Villa aus sind es nur ca. 5min bis zum langen Sandstrand mit kristall klaren Wasser. Viele sehenswerte Ziele sind schnell und unkompliziert zu erreichen (die Vermieterin ist eine echte Insiderin). Wer den alten Griechen auf die Spur kommen möchte kommt auf dem Peloponnes voll auf seine Kosten, wenn er denn ein Auto hat. Ohne dem geht kaum etwas. Es sei angemerkt das man hier super Mountainbiken kann. Aber vom Athener Flughafen bis zur Villa sind es ca 150km.
Das Essen in der Umgebung ist sehr gut und reichhaltig und zudem auch noch sehr preiswert im Vergleich zum deutschen "Griechen". Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in nur 5min-10min Entfernung (Lidl u.a. Supermärkte, Bäcker).
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!! Danke Doris

Tolles Haus, tolle Gegend

"Wir waren eine Woche Mitte Oktober 09 bei Doris, der Hausherrin :-)
Das Mietobjekt (große Wohnung) ist sehr gepflegt und die Küche umfangreich ausgestattet. Der Pool und die Aussicht auf das Meer bei Frühstück und Abendessen sind der Hit.
Wir hatten einen Mietwagen und konnten so die verschiedenen Strände ausprobieren: glasklares Wasser, herrlich!
Und Doris ist eine ganz feine, versierte und engagierte Gastgeberin.
Unser Ziel war ein Relax-Urlaub, den wir hier in der Villa und in dieser schönen Gegend wirklich realisieren konnten.
Empfehlungen:
- Mietwagen ist sehr empfehlenswert, um die ganzen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besichtigen, die teils mit Tagesausflügen zu erreichen sind
- Athen Flugan-und Abreise lieber unter Tags planen, denn die ca 3h Fahrt in der Nacht ist schon aufreibend (keine / mangelnde Straßenbeleuchtung, sehr kurvenreiche Strecke ab Korinth)
Resume: Man muss sich einfach dort wohlfühlen, wo die reichen und schönen Athener

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Von unserer Vermieterin herzlich begrüsst und während unseres zweiwöchigen Aufenthaltes sehr gut betreut und mit allen interessanten und wesentlichen Details und Informationen -eben auch Insider Tips- versorgt haben wir zusammen mit der Familie unserer Tochter einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Geschätzt haben wir auch die Spaziergänge mit Doris und ihrem Hund "Beethi".
Der Zustand des Feriendomizils war sehr gepflegt auf hohem Niveau; die Angaben im Online-Inserat waren korrekt.
Gerne empfehlen wir Freunden dieses feriendomizil
Owner's Response: Wir möchten, dass unsere Gäste sich ab dem ersten Tag ihres wohl verdienten Urlaubs, nicht nur in unserem Hause, sondern auch in der für sie ja neuen Umgebung wohlfühlen. Eine kleine Sight-Seeing-Tour und das Zeigen der schönen Tavernen, bei denen das Preisleistungsverhältnis noch stimmt, gehören zu unserem "Begrüssungsritual"!

Sehr schön für Familien

Sehr gepflegte Anlage mit wunderbarem Ausblick. Wir waren 2 Wochen lang rundum zufrieden, nette Vermieter – kinderfreundlich mit einem sehr lieben Hund, fantastische Aussicht, toller Pool. Ideal für 2 Familien die sich gut kennen. In der Nähe findet man einen wunderhübschen kleinen Strand (ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto, Vermieter fragen, steht auf keiner Karte) und es ist nicht weit zu den sehr hübschen kleinen Orten). Einziger Nachteil: wir waren im August dort, es war sehr sehr heiß, in der Nacht kühlt es kaum ab und die Zimmer haben keine Klimaanlage, nur einen Ventilator, deshalb nur 4 Koffer.
Owner's Response: Leider beachten einige Gäste nicht unseren Rat die Fenster tagsüber zu schliessen und somit dringt natürlich die Hitze auch vermehrt in die Räume. Jetzt haben wir eine Klimaanlage eingebaut und keiner möchte sie benutzen!!!

spontaner schöner Herbsturlaub

Wir waren spontan "Last-Minute" eingeflogen. Von Athen auch mit Kindern gut zu erreichen. Mykene, Epidauros sind bequem mit Mietauto als Tagesausflug machbar. Die nähere Umgebung mit - im Herbst - herrlich einsamen Strandbuchten und gemütlichen Tavernen. Das Haus ist persönlich eingerichtet und man findet deutschen Standart vor. Es gibt persönlichen Kontakt zur Vermieterin und wir erhielten zahlreiche Tipps und Hilfen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und perfekt erholt und die Kinder wollen wieder hin. Das sagt eigentlich alles...
