Immaculate 2 bed & den plus 2 bath corner condo, with great layout and open city view. Bright unit with lots of windows, tastefully furnished with queen sized beds in both bedrooms. This condo has a stylish kitchen with Miele S/S appliances, granite counters, two sleek bathrooms & ensuite bathroom has both tub & separate shower and the property is lined with real hardwood floors. Unit comes with parking. Great building with well equipped gym, sauna and steam room. Walk to Yaletown's 300 boutique restaurants and bar in 15 minutes walking radius, the seawall, transit and shopping.
Condo was great, spacious main level with amazing views from both bedrooms and main level. Free parking and exercise facility was a nice bonus. We loved Vancouver (Stanley park, hiked grouse mountain grind, and enjoyed downtown for 3 days) and would stay here again if available. Well maintained, comfy beds, modern furnishings.
Tip: owner does not contact you with any details until 48 hours before your check in time (as we were leaving home a few days before our arrival in Vancouver I became very nervous with no contact but a confirmation of booking).
Also- needed to supply toilet paper, trash bags, and laundry supplies if you want to plan ahead.
Close proximity to Historical Gastown, Roger's Arena, BC Place Stadium and Granville Island. Orpheum Theatre offers live orchestra concerts at your doorstep.
