Because of the southwest facing lanai of the Tropical Breeze you can have fun in the sun all day long.

In the 2,500 sqft house you can find three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a small office and a large living area. The house gives you lots of possibilities and room to enjoy your days of vacation.

The spacious and bright livingroom is equipped with a 42“ LCD TV, stereo, video recorder and a DVD - player.

The bedrooms are stocked with bed linen and of course there are enough towels for all three bathrooms because there should be enough space in your suitcase to go on a big shopping- spree.

It was with great pleasure that we stayed in the Tropical Breeze home in Cape Coral this last march 2011. This home lived up to our expectations and more........the kitchen is equipped with the best modern appliances and much more, the living areas with a beautiful view of the canal (boats), pool and spa. Being an interior designer myself, I could notice that the decor has been done by a professional and that every detail has been thought through.......but more so, this home is beautiful, comfortable........easy to drive to Fort Myers, the beaches, and the convenient stores near by. A special thank you to the manager that is always there if anything is needed in the house.....
I would give it a 10 on 10 for this home !!
