Scottsdale Vacation Rental house: North Scottsdale, Troon North

Firstly although a good representation, the photographs don't do this lovely home justice. This is not just another off the shelf rental property it is furnished as a home and feels like one, you feel settled after the first night, I could not find anything this house didn't have, it was spotless.
The views are spectacular over the golf course and beyond. The external area's are wonderful for dining ,sunbathing and that sundown drink.
Chester made everything very simple for us from start to finish including late key pick up to accomodate our flight times, a great folder outlining the operations of the various house technologies, he called us a few days after arrival to check we had everything we needed and again a few days before we left to check that we had a good time. He kindly arranged a preferential rate at Troon North for my husband who played every day on the two course, he assures me these are must play courses for golfers. The house is within 15 minutes drive of Grayhawk, Boulders and Keirland courses to name but a few. Although Chester supplies a state of the art Bar-b-que and every possible piece of kitchen equipment we chose to eat out most nights, DC ranch village has a great selection of places from fine dining to pizza, we also checked out a few of the recommendations in Chester's folder and the drive to Cartwrights in Carefree, just a few miles up the road is worth it, great food good prices. Mortons at Keirland commons for a fine dining steakhouse is excellent.
The house is in a great location for accessing the main highways leading to shopping at The Scottsdale fashion Square and Keirland commons. We would not hesitate to recommend either Chester or this home to our family and friends and are already planning a return visit later in the year. We have rented many properties in the USA over a period of 10 years and this one easily goes straight in to the top 3.
