Private leisure residence on a 1800 sqm plot in quiet residential area just 2 min from the village. 15 min from sea and airport and 20 min from Malaga. The big pool (5x10m) with swallow area (10 to 40 cm) and a good 100 sqm terrace around invite to relaxed swimming and sunning. The Mediterranean garden with lovely corners, lawn, beach sand and hammocks under palm trees offers a lot of room for repose and game for kids and adults. In the canopied BBQ-zone with its Arabic illumination and its stonewalled table for 10 persons you can enjoy a romantic dinner and then end the evening on a cozy note. On colder days a 2-person infrared sauna will warm you. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic stove top, fridge and freezer as well as oven, microwave and dishwasher in working height. Relax in the inviting lounge with fireplace and air-condition (hot/cold). Entertainment is provided by satellite TV, DVD player and surround hifi-system.

Notes: The northern patio has about 40 sqm an is completely roofed. The also canopied BBQ area has good 70 sqm and direct access to the garden with 'beach' and pool. It disposes of a stonewalled BBQ and table for 10 persons. The pool terrace has good 100 sqm and is equipped with comfortable couches. The pool has a 5 sqm paddling pool for smaller kids with direct access to the swimming area (depht from 0,90m - 2,20m). We welcome long-run renters from January to May and from October to mid-December.

Stayed in Villa Scheld late July / early August. Owner was very friendly on arrival. Facilites both inside the villa and outside in the pool area were superb. Pool was excellent and very private. Play area for kids was superb. There was even a well stocked play room for the kids. The large sand-pit was also a big plus.
I would have returned to the villa in 2010 but the time is already booked.
My only negatives are that the broadband access was a bit up and down (major roadworks were happening in the area at the time) and sometimes the traffic could be very heavy going through the village.
I'd certainly recommend this villa for a family break.

Das Haus ist wirklich eine Wucht. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter, und uns ausschließlich in dem wunderschönen Garten mit Pool aufgehalten. Die überdachte Grillecke bietet bei (fast) jeder Witterung Möglichkeit draußen zu essen oder einfach nur zu sitzen.
Unser Sohn (wir reisten mit 4 Erwachsenen + 1 Kind) hatte auf dem schönen Gelände jeden Tag neue Entdeckungen zu machen.
Das Haus selber ist sehr gut gepflegt, die Vermieter super freundlich und immer zu einer tel. Auskunft bereit.
Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!

Wunderschöner Urlaub in Alhaurin de la Torre

Wir haben gerade eine Woche Herbstferien in Andalusien verbracht und jede Minute genossen! Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wird allen Ansprüchen gerecht. Ganz besonders gut hat uns der paradiesische Garten und der Pool gefallen. Es gibt vielfältige Sitzmöglichkeiten und wenn das Wetter einmal nicht ganz so gut ist eine überdachte Grillecke. Der Ort bietet gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ein schöner Strand ist auch in der Nähe. Für Kulturinteressierte gibt es in der Umgebung einiges zu entdecken. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Wir haben das Haus mit drei Erwachsenen und drei Kindern bewohnt, es bietet aber durchaus Platz für acht Erwachsene.
