A holiday villa in the beautiful residential area of Harbour Palms. The new, large golf course Shell Point can be reached in 2 minutes walk. Harbour Palms is located near the 3 most popular beaches in Fort Myers. Bunche beach, Sanibel Island, Fort Myers beach all can be reached in less than 10 minutes. In the house you will find everything: dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, electric stove including oven, large refrigerator-freezer with ice crusher, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, hair dryer, bed sheets, towels, gas grill, LCD-HD-television 40 inches, LCD-HD-television 24 inches, wireless DSL internet access and the complete inventory of household supplies. In the garage you will find 2 bikes. The palms surround the property and provide seclusion. Your large and solar-heated pool with a screen can be enjoyed by yourself alone. On the patio you can grill wonderful steaks with a gas grill. 2 bedrooms have a king size bed, the 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed.

Harbour Palms - Iona Sunshine: The ideal holiday house for enjoying the tranquility of the residence. Go to the beach during the day and at night, purchase something in one of the shopping malls. During the evening, you can grill your family lush steaks on the pool patio. The very large screen protects you from all annoying insects. Celebrate the sunset with a Capirinia or Mochita. Of course, you can also eat pizza at the Italian restaurant around the corner or you can use their delivery service etc. etc.

Fort Myers: Fort Myers, the 'City of Palms', named for its thousands of Royal Palms that are planted on both sides of Mc. Gregor Boulevard. Fort Myers was the winter location for Thomas Alva Edison - the inventor of the light bulb and a lot more. His laboratory and his winter house, along with the house from Henry Ford are located here and can be visited. Fort Myers is a paradise for golfers with a lot of golf facilities for beginners and advanced. Mile-long white beaches in Fort Myers and Sanibel Island and Captiva. Ideal starting point for excursions in all directions, Miami, Key West, Orlando, etc. Inexpensive designer outlet stores and a lot more.

Golf: Golfing on the Gulf. It doesn't get any better. This coastal region is distinguished for the quality of the golf courses. Fort Myers is famous because of its many golf courses in the tropically charming landscape with different types of difficulties that are OK for every golfer. Iona- home is just a 2 minute walk from the closest golf course Shell Point.

Wir (2 Erwachsene + 2 Kinder) waren im August/September 2009 in diesem super gepflegten und perfekt ausgestatteten Haus. Die Internetbeschreibung wird in der Realität noch übertroffen. Das Haus bietet alle erdenklichen Annehmlichkeiten, ist ruhig gelegen und liegt dennoch zentral mit kurzen Wegen zu den schönsten Stränden der Gegend sowie den floridatypischen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Publix & Shopping Malls). Der große Pooldeck inkl. Grill ist durch eine Palmenhecke eingerahmt und bietet dadurch größtmögliche Privatsphäre. Sehr gute Betreuung und reibungslose Abwicklung die keine Wünsche offen lässt (bei der Buchung, Tipps vor der Anreise, zwanglose frundliche Betreuung vor Ort).

Sehr zu empfehlen. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder mieten.

Wir (4 Erwachsene) waren im Mai 2009 in diesem super gepflegten Haus. Die Versprechen im Internet wurden zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit erfüllt. Sehr gute Betreuung (bei der Buchung, Tipps vor der Anreise und durch den Verwalter vor Ort). So stellt man sich eine korrekte Abwicklung vor. Das Haus verfügt über alle nur denkbaren Annehmlichkeiten. Sehr schöne und komplette Aussattung. Ruhige Lage, aber dennoch zentral zum Strand und Shopping.
Sehr zu empfehlen. Wir würden das Haus gern erneut mieten.

Ein Top-Haus

Im Februar/März verbrachten wir (4 Erwachsene) drei erholsame Wochen in diesem top-gepflegten Haus. Die geschmackvolle Einrichtung und die komplette Küchenausstattung ließen keine Wünsche offen. Das Haus befindet sich in einem überaus gepflegten Zustand und ist sehr sauber. Der Pool, die Liegen und der Gasgrill waren weitere Annehmlichkeiten. Im Haus befanden sich reichlich Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Strandlaken. Zwei Fahrräder rundeten die Urlaubsfreuden ab. Toll war auch die direkte Nähe zum Golfclub, und zur Insel Sanibel war es auch nicht weit.
Wir wurden sehr kompetent eingewiesen und konnten den Verwalter immer erreichen. Selbst der Besitzer rief an und erkundigte sich nach unserem Befinden. Besser geht's nicht! Besonders schön war auch, dass ein Publix in der Nähe war.
Sehr empfehlenswert; wir würden gerne wiederkommen.
