SEA PINES VIP VILLA,5/MIN WALK BEACH,BIKES,PET,WIFI,$300 6/8-6/15

We've been to HHI several times before, staying in South Forest Beach and Shipyard Plantation. We've always loved the island and stayed in wonderful condominiums, however this villa was by far our favorite. The villa was more spacious and beautiful than even the pictures portray. There was a lot of room for my husband and I and our two girls aged 9 and 14. The villa was clean and well maintained, the kitchen fully stocked with utensils, pots, pans, etc. There were plenty of linens, towels and pillows. The master bedroom is on the main floor while the other two bedrooms are upstairs in a loft like setting. The kids loved feeling like they had their own area to play and be on their own. The master bedroom has a large double shower with two separate shower heads which was wonderful for having the kids shower when returning from the beach. The beach is a short bike ride or scenic walk from the villa, however if you prefer there is a parking lot so you can drive. When visiting the island, it's always nice to visit Coligny Plaza with it's various beach shops, restaurants, and ice cream shops. Our favorite restaurant for the whole family is The Smokehouse. The food is delicious and the servers are very friendly. Don't miss the Beale Street BBQ Chicken. My husband and I enjoyed an excellent dinner at Alexander's in Palmetto Dunes Plantation.

Our stay at at Sea Pines was incredible. The property was clean, safe, convenient, well stocked....I could go on and on. We will definitely return!

We found the property well decorated, clean, light and airy, just as described and as seen in the photos. We would recommend this property and would return as guests. The agent was helpful and worked with us on our time frame. We were able to walk to Harbour Town and the ocean. The location was convenient to the gate, but far enough away as to feel removed.

Some restaurants I would recommend are the Santa Fe Cafe on 278, the Jazz Corner, Eat (Tuesday tapas 1/2 price) The Smokehouse for bbq. Try the He Crab soup at Captain Woody's at Palmetto Bay Marina, The crab benedict at Sunrise Cafe for breakfast. Morris and Whiteside Gallery on Cordillo Parkway, just outside Ocean gate is worth a visit.
