Zweimal absolute Begeisterung!

Dies ist ein wunderbares Objekt und ich sage dies in doppeltem Sinne. Das Objekt als solches ist "outstanding", ein Juwel sowohl von der Lage, wie auch von der Bauausführung und der Einrichtung. Fast zu schade zur Vermietung, es sei denn man geht sorgsam damit um. Dafür aber sorgen die netten Vermieter. Es ist Luxus pur. Wer hier seinen Urlaub verbringt, kann sich der Erholung sicher sein. Der Standort bietet ferner einen guten Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen im Departement Alpes-Martimes. Wer gerne kocht, findet zwei luxuriös ausgestattete Küchen, die keinen Wunsch offen lassen. Ich habe hier sowohl einen Seminarurlaub (Abschlußfahrt eines Französischkurses) wie auch einen Privaturlaub verbracht. Von daher zweimal absolute Begeisterung und nur empfehlenswert.

Alles super. Ein Traumblick über Nizza, das Meer und die Umgebung. Toll eingerichtet. Ruhige Lage, da keine direkten Nachbarn. Genug Mobilar. Pool nciht sehr gross, aber ausreichend. Wurde leider zu wenig gereinigt. Freundlicher Empfang und Verabschiedung. Also ein toller Urlaub
Owner's Response: Leider hatte uns der Mieter nicht wie vereinbart über die Reklamation
informiert.
Da wir 500 m von dieser Villa entfernt wohnen, ist es für uns kein
Problem, sofort vor Ort zu sein und evtl. auftretende Reklamationen
zu beseitigen.
