Villa Victoria is located at a fresh water canal and it is quiet as quiet can be. The southern exposure guarantees the most possible sunshine, watch the typical Florida sunsets, this is something you'll never forget.All three bedrooms have flat panel TV's, in the great room you will be impressed by a soaring ceiling, a big screen TV and the sliding door to the pool area providing you with a gorgeous view over the pool area to the waterfront. The home is surrounded by tropical landscaping with mature coconut palm trees, so you'll really feel what 'Waterfront Paradise' means. Cape Coral is located at the Gulf of Mexico and it is called 'Venice of America' based on its canals, as there are 430 miles of canal waterways. It takes 30 minutes to get by car from Ft. Myers International Airport to Cape Coral, many Golf courses are in the vicinity for everybody's personal skills. There are many options to perform trips like to Orlando, Cape Canaveral, Bush Gardens, Miami Beach and Key West.
