The complex is a beautiful development of apartments built on 2 levels and this apartment is on the top floor. The complex benefits from CCTV security and secure access to all entrances. This superbly furnished apartment is finished to the highest standard and is situated at the front of the complex and therefore has spectacular sea views. The apartment is situated only a few yards from the very large walk in pool. The apartment benefits from a very large private balcony, which opens from the lounge and both bedrooms. The master bedroom also benefits from a stunning en-suite bathroom with a large walk in shower. The owners have ensured that the apartment has all the modern conveniences you would expect in an apartment of this standard.

WISH I WAS STILL THERE !!! 5*****

On arrival my husband and I both thought this is amazing. It was spotlessly clean and smelled nice and fresh as we walked through to see the view. The balcony looks onto the sea and is a suntrap all day. Perfect for just chilling. The bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are like new ! The large but quiet swimming pool is very clean with gradual slope into the deep end.

The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook meals etc. Restaurants and bars are 2 minutes away if you prefer to dine out .

The lovely beach is easy to walk to. ( 5 mins ) If you prefer to venture further afield the bus stop is just across the road. This apartment is perfectly located for a relaxing holiday but near enough to the buzz of Las Americas if thats what you prefer.

We loved it so much we are looking to go back very soon !!!

Apartment ideal for a relaxing holiday

My wife and I have just come back from 28 nights in the apartment and what a truly amazing time we had, the apartment is in an excellent location and so secure.

You are sat on a large balcony looking out to sea, catching the sun from 11-00 am to 8-30 pm (if you want to), the swimming pool is never busy and everything is just so idyllic.

La Calleta is a 15 min walk away to the right of the apartment and the beach at Costa Adeje is a 10 min walk from the left, everything is so accessible.

We just can not wait to go back, I found this gem by going on the web and asking for an apartment in Costa Adeje as we like the area but had never seen the complex before, what a surprise we got when we arrived.

I would recommend this apartment to anyone who is thinking of going.

There has been a negative review but we did not see any of that, when you go in to accommodation that is rented out on a regular basis you may find some things that need a little TLC.

Holiday Nightmare

We booked this apartment based on it's location and reviews and after 30 trips to Tenerife I can honestly say this is the only bad stay we have ever had.

Our Christmas and New Year were ruined by the horrific stench of drains coming through the en-suite that it made us physically sick. We were also told that other people that had stayed here before us had had the same problem!

There were old air fresheners, only in the wardrobe and en suite were the smell was worst, also indicating that there was an ongoing problem.

The apartment itself it was dirty, tired decor, cracked tiles, mould in the bathroom - definately not as we expected.

We received no satisfaction from our complaint when we got home being told that the horrific smell and pungent fumes must have been "isolated to our stay" which we know to be untrue.

I am not one to complain but feel so strongly about how bad it was and how we have been treated I feel others should be aware and not have to go through what we have!

Owner's Response: We are very saddened to read this review as we are well aware of the importance reviews play when people are looking to book accommodation and we always respond to any feedback that is received. This is the first 'bad' review the apartment has received in the 6 years that it has been advertised on this site. Subsequent communications following the guests leaving the apartment made it apparent that the guests were seeking compensation and therefore we feel that the facts of this issue must be made clear. The guests arrived at the apartment on 21st December and were met by our representative. The first communication we received regarding the apparent issue with the drain was on 25th December (xmas day). Once we were made aware our representative was immediately notified and she did make a visit to the apartment. She has reported that no smell was apparent. At no point during their stay did the guests make any mention that the apartment was 'dirty', tired or had cracked tiles and this has only been mentioned once the request for compensation was made. As our representative has pointed out if this had been mentioned during their stay a visit would have been made and the issues addressed. There have been no complaints regarding any 'smell' by the guests who stayed before these guests and none of the 3 subsequent bookings since they left have made any sort of a complaint that there is a smell in the apartment. We have therefore assumed that if there was a smell in the apartment this was an isolated incident involving a temporarily blocked drain. During the correspondence with the guest they stated that if they did not receive satisfaction with their complaint then a 'review' would be submitted. We therefore we feel that this is the real reason for this negative review.

Absolutely fantastic ! Loved it !

We love this place. It is modern and like walking into a showhome. The apartment was immaculate when we arrived the two times we have stayed. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning . We loved sitting watching the amazing sunset every night over the sea. The apartment has all the things you need for cooking etc. A great idea from the owners was having english TV on the channels. The wife loved watching the soaps with a glass of chilled wine ! Shops and pubs are 2 minute walk away and the beach maybe 10 minutes maximum. Perfect for a safe holiday in probably the nicest part of the island. We would recommend this to our friends and family.

Playa del Duque is a stylish and cosmopolitan resort situated on the south west coast of Tenerife. The sands of Playa del Duque are less than 10 minutes walk from the apartment and on the way you will pass numerous restaurants including Spanish, Chinese and French. The nearby Fanabe centre is closed to traffic and its pedestrianised walks are alive with open air restaurants and bars. To the west is the small fishing village of La Caleta, which has a handful of bars and some excellent fish restaurants, which creates a traditional and peaceful atmosphere. To the east is the resort of Playa de las Americas with its many bars, restaurants, 'English' pubs and nightlife. This can be reached in a few minutes by car but a better way to approach it is to take a stroll along the lovely Geranium walk, a flower bedecked promanade stretches all the way to the port of Los Cristianos. There are 5 golf courses within 30 minutes drive the nearest being the 18 hole course at Golf Costa Adeje.
