Villa Renee is a newly constructed home (2006) located in a new quiet neighbourhood in central Cape Coral. This spacious home offers three bedrooms, two baths of approximately 1,600 square feet of living space. (Master bathroom - king size bed; Bedroom #2 - queen size bed; Bedroom #3 - two twin beds) House is tastefully appointed with modern furnishings. Large lanai surrounding a beautifully sculpted heated pool. Lanai area includes a large table seating 6, two lounge chairs and stainless steel gas grill. Satellite television in all bedrooms and great room. Double car garage with garage door opener. Centrally air conditioned. Golf courses are just minutes away as well as local beach. Sanibel, Captiva and Fort Myers beaches are just a short car ride away. The Everglades, Disney and Busch Gardens are a day trip away. Multiple shopping opportunities including several outlet malls are available. We offer boats for rent. Please inquire regarding size and price.

House located in the center of Cape Coral. Supermarkets and restaurants are only minutes away. Fort Myers Beach and world famous Sanibel/Captiva Beaches are approximately a 30 minute drive. Orlando - Disneyworld, Seaworld, Universal, etc. are less than a three hour drive. Tampa is only 2 hours away. The Everglades are a must! To see alligators, you are an hour and a half drive away. Naples and Bonita offer top shopping and is only a 30-45 minute drive. Many golf courses are minutes away. Mini-golf, go-carts, tennis, and racquet ball are also minutes away.

Ein wunderschönes Haus in guter Wohngegend. Großzügiger Wohn-/Essbereich, offene Küche mit guter technischer Ausstattung. Sehr schönes Master-Schlafzimmer mit großem Bett, großen Kommoden, eigenem Bad und natürlich, wie auch bei den anderen Schlafzimmern, begehbarer Kleiderschrank. Der Poolbereich abgeschirmt mit Insektennetz und dichter Bepflanzung. Großer Tisch mit Stühlen und Grill auf der Terrasse. Ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen, einfach traumhaft!

Top Villa mit allem was man zu einem schönen Urlaub braucht. Guter Preis und netter deutsch sprechender Vermieter der immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand.
Wie in Angebot beschrieben. Es ist nichts hinzuzufügen.

Freundlicher Vermieter der immer ereichbar war, wenn es eine Frage gegeben hat. Wie erste Bewertung alles vorhanden. Und wichtige Geschäfte im Umkreis von ca 3 Meilen.

Einfach zu empfehlen

Dieses Haus ist wirklich zu empfehlen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man in einem Ferienhaus benötigt (Geschirr, Platz, TV, Pool, Terrassenmöbel, Gasgrill usw.)
Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, keine sichtbare Abnutzung.

Außerdem gibt es interessante Ausflugsmöglichkeiten (Sanibel Island, Pine Island, Shopping Malls, Museum, Strände) die innerhalb kurzer Zeit zu erreichen sind. Und wir bekamen viele Tipps von unserem Vermieter was man unternehmen könnte sowie Tipps zu Restaurants usw. Ein Auto ist allerdings unerläßlich!
Während der Zeit als wir vor Ort waren, gab es noch keine direkten Nachbarn, was sehr angenehm war, weil man sich nicht ständig beobachtet sich aber dennoch sicher fühlte!

Wir hatten einen wirklich angenehmen Urlaub und werden das Haus auch unseren Freunden weiterempfehlen!
