The apartment is located in the Sol Romantica complex on the east coast of Majorca, about 950m from the romantic bay Playa Romantica. The complex is elevated and has a beautiful view of the romantic country reaching to the sea. Nearby you will find a lot of bays, the famous dragon caves of Porto Cristo and the beautiful fishing harbor of Porto Colom. Our philosophy is “everything possible – no obligations”, therefore, you can simply book the apartment and completely rely on self-catering or you can visit our own restaurant. Here you can get a delicious breakfast, lunch or dinner.For children, there is a safe playground by the pool. So you will always have your children nearby and they will not leave your sight.

Our philosophy is “everything possible – no obligations”, therefore, you can simply book the apartment and completely rely on self-catering or you can visit our own restaurant. Here you can get a delicious breakfast, lunch or dinner.For children, there is a safe playground by the pool. So you will always have your children nearby and they will not leave your sight. The studios has a full ensuite bathroom (complete reformed in 2008), kitchennette, a fridge, TV and balcony. We can also provide cots if necessary.

From here there are good bus connections to Palma, Cala Millor and Cala Ratjada. During the summer months, a glass bottom boat travels between Porto Cristo and Cala Mandia. Monastery Mountain San Salvador, numerous weekly markets nearby. At our reception you can book activities, rental cars, bicycles and a whole lot more.

Wir haben eine Woche vorher (also sehr kurzfristig) gebucht und alles hat wunderbar geklappt. Vor Ort erfuhren wir, dass das von uns gebuchte kleine Appartment ( für 2 Personen ) gerade renoviert wurde und wir deshalb ein größeres Appartment bekommen würden ( ohne Mehrkosten und für die Dauer des geplanten Aufenthaltes wohnten wir in einem 3 Zimmer Appartment, also einem Haus mit eigenem Pool und viel Platz). Das war natürlich großes Glück, aber zeigt wie nett und unkompliziert die Vermieter sind.
Das Appartment war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Der Ort ist sehr ruhig und man sollte ein auto haben um dorthin zu fahren.
Die Rezeption / Bar / Cafe war lange besetzt, alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich.( Morgens kann man wenn man nicht dort frühstückt frische Brötchen kaufen, wobei wir auch das Frühstück empfehlen können)
Besonders gefallen hat uns die Atmosphäre, keine Hotel- oder Touriatmosphäre.
Die ganze Anlage wirkte sehr geschmackvoll und gepflegt.
Wir waren mehr als zufrieden und können die Appartments auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen....!

Außen hui, innen pfui!

Diese Anlage verfügt neben dem Restaurant/Empfangsbereich über einen kleinen Supermarkt, ausreichend Parkplätze und einem großzügigen Grünbereich mit kleinem Spielplatz, über einen wirklich wunderschönen, sehr gepflegten Pool.
Neben dem Pool stehen Liegen zur Verfügung, von der Terrasse des Restaurants aus hat man den Pool (wichtig für Eltern) stets im Blick. Das Restaurant ist sehr modern und schön eingerichtet, zum Essen kann ich nichts sagen, wir haben lediglich einmal gefrühstückt( Man kann aus drei Varianten wählen-wir haben uns für die teuerste entschieden und waren vom Umfang dann doch etwas enttäuscht).
Die Appartements sind etwas älter und werden offensichtlich zur Zeit nach und nach renoviert. Bei uns war das Bad mit sehr geschmackvollen neuen Fliesen und tollen Armaturen bereits fertig, leider fehlte zwischen Dusche und Toilette ein Duschvorhang - so stand nach jedem Duschgang das komplette Bad unter Wasser. Im Rest des "Studios" war nur neu gestrichen - die Kochnische war ebenso alt wie Besteck, Geschirr, Pfanne und Topf. Dass ich als erste Amtshandlung erst einmal Staub gewischt habe will ich als Pingel nicht überbewerten, für die lauten Animationsgeräusche aus der Nachbaranlage, jeden Abend bis 24.00 Uhr kann der Betreiber des Sol Romantica ja nichts, doch das der Kühlschrank muffig, verrostet und ekelerregend war, trübt meine Bewertung für die außen wirklich wunderschöne Anlage doch beträchtlich.
