Central, middle in the life but also calm, the apartment is perfectly situated for trips, shopping and ICC-visits in the metropolis. The apartment is situated directly at the German 0pera House (Deutsche Oper). The underground station Deutsche Oper (U2), Bismarckstrasse (U7) and a bus-stop are just 40m away. From here you get to the railroad/traffic junction 'Zoologischer Garten' and also to the ICC (International Congress Centre) in only 2 stations. Your need just 10-15min to get to the famous Kurfürstendamm by feet. With our apartment you combine the advantages of a hotel with them of a little isolated flat. The appartement is 45m² and is located at the 4. Floor (with a lift). There is a big living / bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom, a floor and big sunny balcony in the apartment. Wohlfühlwohnen mitten in Berlin und doch ruhig!

In der Nachosterwoche 2008 hatten wir einen wirklich behaglichen Aufenthalt für 6 Nächte. Neuwertig, sauber und gepflegt! Groß genug um auch bei Sauwetter dort zu verweilen. Durch den leisen Aufzug ist der 4 Stock selbst für gehbehinderte kein Problem. Das Haus ist ruhig, die Mieter nett. Von der Hauptstrasse ist kaum etwas zu hören. Wären ein PKW-Abstellplatz und ein einwandfreier Fernsehempfang möglich gewesen hätten wir mit Ausgezeichnet nominiert. Vielleicht werden die Vermieter daran arbeiten. Nochmals auch an dieser Stelle ein herzlichen Dank an die Vermieter!

Owner's Response: Zu dem Apartment gehört keinen PKW-Abstellplatz. Aber ein gutes Parkhaus befindet sich 30m entfernt und in der Strasse am Apartment kann man kostenlos parken.
Fernseherempfang im Apartment ist gut.

"Wir haben 5 sehr schöne Tage in Berlin verbracht. Das Apartment übertraf alle unsere Erwartungen: modern und praktisch eingerichtet, sehr zentral, sauber und ruhig, unweit Kurfürstendamms, nur einige Minuten vom Brandenburger Tor entfernt. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Vermieterin ganz nett.
Wir können dieses Domizil nur weiterempfehlen.

Die Wohnung war für meinen Arbeitsaufenthalt in Berlin ideal. Es war alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Sie ist optimal gelegen, wenn man öffentliche Verkehrsmittel braucht, zentral und sehr ruhig.
Ich bin mit über 2 Stunden Verspätung am späten Abend angekommen und habe trotzdem einen sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter zum Empfang angetroffen, der mir alles gezeigt hat und mir auch noch mit einer großen Flasche Wasser ausgeholfen hat. Insgesamt nur zu empfehlen.

Das Apartment machte eine angenehme Woche Berlin moeglich: ruhige Lage, gute Ausstattung, U-Bahn vor der Tuer, usw. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Silvester an der Bismarckstraße

Wir durften als erstes in dieser Wohnung nächtigen. Erstmal einen lieben Dank an den Vermieter, da er uns die Wohnung vermietet hat, ohne, dass schon im Internet vertreten war.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, obwohl die rote Couch erst nach uns kam und der Fernsehempfang noch zu Wünschen übrig ließ. Wir hoffen, dass dies behoben ist. Das Küchenfenster ließ sich nicht so leicht öffnen, aber dies betrachteten wir mit einem Augenzwinkern und einem Grinsen im Gesicht. Dazu muss man aber sagen, dass der Vermieter uns zuvor den Kniff gezeigt hatte. Ein weiteres Makel war, dass wenig Küchenutensilien vorhanden waren. Aber dies ist verständlich, weil wir eine so spontane Anfrage gestellt haben, wo die Wohnung noch renoviert wurde. Also wurde dies gewiss behoben.
In den Punkten Sauberkeit und Wohlbefinden könnte man der Wohnung ein "Ausgezeichnet" geben. Für den autofreien Urlaub ist die Wohnung auch perfekt, da die Verkehrsanbingung nicht näher sein könnte und auch die Umgebung (u.a. der Park im Innenhof) ist einfach makellos.
Danke für den unvergesslich guten Rutsch ins Jahr 2008!
