The Villa is located in the traditional Cretan Village Koutouloufari, in the area of Hersonissos, in eastern coastline in Crete. Set on a beautiful, quiet and elevated position, the villa with private pools enjoy the most splendid, panoramic sea and area view of Hersonissos bay resort area. A perfect place for relaxing holidays, enjoying sunshine and Cretan hospitality. Only 1km to the town of Hersonissos with its many pale sandy beaches and exciting nightlife. The property is part of Marni Village hotel apartments complex, spread out around 25.000m2. With splendid gardens, flowers and trees of more than 10.000 m2, the property wishes to combine, on one side, a timeless, calming, nature environment overlooking the gathering crowd in the busy area of Hersonissos and the whole Hersonissos bay, and on the other side the entertaining town of Hersonissos with its exciting nightlife, plenty sandy beaches and the old harbour.

Superior One-bedroom apartment is a 2-room apartment for 4 persons (1 double beds plus two single beds). Rental period starts from 9th April and ends at 3rd November. There is a separate bedroom with a double bed and a lounge with extra two single beds. Kitchenette and kitchen facilities are included, mini-oven, coffee/tea maker, safe box, as well as a private WC and shower cabin. It also has a furnished balcony or terrace offering either splendid sea view and/or pool view. Baby cots are available on request.

The Apartments & Villas complex is located in a picturesque traditional cretan village 'Koutouloufari', 1.5km above the resort area of Hersonissos. The Villas enjoy panoramic romantic sea (ocean) view, as they are located in an elevated position. Perfect for relaxing holiday vacations, enjoying the sun, the sea, good food and cretan hospitality. One can have romanitc strolls in Koutouloufari village, and can find plenty quality tavernas and restaurants, small bars and cafes, shops. If you feel like having more action, you can visit Hersonissos with its wild nightlife, bars, clubs, shopping, etc. The nearest beach is at around1km. If you do not have a car, there are taxis available all the time, which we call for you. A location to combine both pieceful relaxation and the entertaining part of a resort.

Superior One-Bedroom Marni Village

My partner and I spent two weeks at Marni Village at the end of September. We had a great time. Marni Village is quite nice. The pool area and the main bar are great! Bar staff and food were fantastic. The superior one-bedroom was about what I expected - basic. There are no frills with this accomodation but it was clean and the cleaning service, which was every other day, was more than enough. The grounds are gorgeous and very well kept! Koutouloufari is a two minute walk from Marni and is a beautiful village with loads of nice, reasonable restaurants. Reception staff CAN be a bit cold at times. Air-con, safe, & fans cost extra and are kinda pricey at that. Nice computers in reception and internet not expensive (1 euro for 15 min). Three channels on the TV only (BBC World, an American one, and VH1). Overall, we were happy with what we got for the amount we spent. Would be happy to recommend.
