  • Our Family vacation home has a large open plan room with bi-fold doors, which lead off the living area onto a large terrace, with comfortable sofa and chairs for relaxing and enjoying the superb view and surroundings. There are stairs off the terrace and the bedrooms, which lead to the sundeck, patio and jaccuzi. Within the living area there is a fully fitted kitchen, an dining table, & a relaxation area with sofas, TV, DVD player etc There are two pull out sofas in the living room which both open into beds that each sleep two. Very Beautiful Very Relaxing Magnificent views great small european spa town and beach resort
wonderful home. Near five star resort Day triop to all over Greece & nice small town and just outside of Athens
Clean Organized Spacious Centrally Located
The beach is really outstanding and the restaurants and other shops very good quality and very reasonable
We went there swith friends for two weeks last summer
I think we found our ultimate holiday destination
We will go again & again
Incluide the welcoming package It is well worth it !!!

Great place, nice house

Very good location: not in the overcrowded town center but in the walking distance of good tavernas etc. The beach is great, only a few people are there, sea gulf has a cristal clear water (when no storm of course). The modern and well-equipped house is located at the small lane (7 houses in all) which is closed to general public, just 1-2 min. to the beach.

To rent a car is a good idea as there is a lot to see in Peloponess and near Loutraki.

Our Great Greek Family Reunion

Our girls, their husbands and our six wonderful grandchildren rented both units in this beautiful vacation home for our family reunion. Spacious and clean with lots of room for everyone and with Loutraki beach very close where we went every day and night we were there. We had a wonderful time, renting this vacation home, with six bedrooms, six bathrooms, roof garden with a magnificent view of the Mediterranean and Greek mountains, with gardens and private patios, in-ground hot tub for five, two separate full kitchens and living room areas set on multiple levels, and with its own private elevator, to move from level to level, for us elderly folks . Also lot’s of restaurants, stores, and sightseeing near by.

A wonderful vacation home, especially good for larger parties and family reunions.

Questa casa è l'ultima spiaggia greca casa vacanze per noi.
Sul lungomare Poseidonos Strada, vicino al lussuoso Loutraki Club, molto Centrale, non più di due ore dal porto di Patrasso, solo un durante la notte ferry-boat lontano da casa nostra!
Abbiamo trascorso due settimane in giugno a Loutraki e tutti noi è piaciuto molto. Loutraki spiaggia è a pochi metri di distanza, sicuro e facilmente accessibile per i nostri 8 e 12 anni di età figlie. Ma se non si vuole essere in spiaggia tutto il giorno, esplorare i siti storici e le antichità classica, o le botteghe artigiane, le panetterie, le pasticcerie. Confrontare le somiglianze e le differenze tra le due sponde del mare Ionio.
Lasciare che il Sig Giochi a elegante Club Casino Loutraki porta accanto, o gustare un cocktail, passeggiata Poseidonos, i ristoranti di pesce, le discoteche, i bar, un po 'dolce vita …
Il livello più aperto e molto fluente progettazione di questa casa offre grandi spazi per la raccolta e una bella cucina dove potete cucinare un pasto con gli ingredienti hai scelto fino a livello locale o portati da casa. Tutti hanno avuto il loro proprio spazio e della vita privata quando necessario. Il punto di vista della Gerania montagne il Golfo di Corinto e il Mar Ionio ...
Così familiare a noi, e ancora diverso.
Noi consigliamo questa casa a chiunque e spero di tornarci noi stessi. Katerina è stata molto utile e grazioso e noi veramente apprezzato il suo calore e accogliente l'impegno profuso si impegna a rendere piacevole la vostra vacanza. Provare questa casa e ti verrà piacere l'avete fatto! Si consiglia a chi cerca un acquistabile, spiaggia di lusso in affitto
