• *** Privacy: between April and October you will have the whole 2000m2-area with pool all alone for yourself. House fig tree is only rented in addition to house Cyprus, if you wish so.
  
  Prices apply to 2 persons and include house-cleaning after your stay. Each additional person (7 years and older) will be charged an addition of 30 Euro/week. Dogs are welcome, we charge 20 Euro/stay in general. Tenants normally will bring their own towels and bed-cloth. You can hire them for additional 10 Euro per set.
  
  **** during summer (29.6.-7.9.) the minimal stay is 2 weeks, except in case of an unrented one-week space of time. We normally rent from Saturday to Saturday.

Our price 'COMBI', includinges all costs: spring and autumn 530 Euro/Week, Early summer 690 Euro/Week, Summer 1000 Euro/Week, winter 490 Euro/Week. The prices apply to 4 persons, for each additional (older than 7 years), we charge + 30 Euro/week.
