This spacious, waterfront, rustic cabin has a knotty-pine cathedral ceiling, two skylights, and all the modern conveniences of a new home. It is fully furnished and will sleep up to ten with three private bedrooms, two sleep sofas in the livingroom and two full baths. You will find the entire home warm and inviting. There is a large wraparound deck where you can have a barbecue or just sit back, relax, and enjoy the surroundings.
Locke Lake offers 160 acres of fun including swimming, excellent fishing, and boating. The main beach is just minutes away complete with an in-ground swimming pool (July & August), playgrounds for the kids and tables under the pavilion for a picnic. You can use our canoe, two kayaks or bring your boat to enjoy this private lake. In addition, there is a private six-hole par three golf course, tennis court, baseball field, 9 beaches, a second in-ground pool and 2 marinas.
There are many activities for your enjoyment in the area. Take a cruise aboard the Mount Washington on Lake Winnipesaukee from nearby Alton Bay or go to the car races at the New Hampshire International Speedway in Loudon. For the adventurous, take a day trip to the White Mountainsfor the fall foliage, or the rocky coastline of Maine, or head the opposite way to the heart of downtown Boston. The cabin is just 10 minutes from shopping and 30 minutes from Concord, the beautiful state capital.
