I am Mexican born and now an American Citizen. I got married 32 years ago. Most of my family still lives in Mexico, so I travel quite a lot to see them and also to vacation, specially to Cancun. We have been going to Cancun for the last 25 years and still love it, and could answer pretty much any question(s) you might have.

After visiting Cancun for over 15 years, we decided to invest in this beautiful island. After looking at different condos, we found this piece of paradise, in a very secluded, safe, tranquil area of Cancun. It is only one mile from all the action, but yet, far enough away to enjoy a relaxing vacation without the crowds.
The views during the day or night are beautiful. During the day, you can sit on the terrace and see boats passing by, birds flying or just enjoying the breeze. In the afternoon the sunsets are always so different and beautiful. At night, you can sit in the living room, with a glass of wine and enjoy the view of the Cancun skyline through the big picture windows.
My family and I visited Cancun to spend Christmas break together. We contacted the owner of this property to arrange for accommodations. She was extremely friendly, very hospitable and timely with her responses. She made everything go very smoothly. The apartment is beautiful and has a tremendous view of the water and downtown. It is also located in the nicest and safest neighborhood in Cancun. There were tons of restaurant and shopping outlets within 15 minutes walk from the apartment. There is also a gym, swimming pool and steam room on site. I would highly recommend this property. We had a fantastic time.
The condo is on the 4th floor in the best gated, exclusive, residential area in the Hotel Zone with 24/7 security. It is located away from the crowds and yet, within walking distance to everything you might need.
It has great water views from every room. 2 swimming pools, one semi Olympic pool, state of the art gym, playground and paddle tennis courts. Access to public beaches and 'La Isla' shopping mall are within walking distance.
In La Isla, you can find a variety of restaurants and stores. There is a convenient store at the entrance of the development for basic food needs (like a 7 Eleven). Rental car is not necessary. Public transportation is less than one mile away and taxi service is available throughout the island, but just in case, rental car agencies are at La Isla.
The condo is modern furnished and fully equipped. Has a terrace overlooking the lagoon and you can enjoy every sunset from the kitchen area. It comes with washer and dryer, air conditioning, and nearly 2,000 square feet of living space. All the above, provides a very relaxing, peaceful, convenient and safe place for anybody looking for a real vacation.
