Photos and Description of the Flims vacation rental

This is a comfortable, arranged 2, 5-room-apartment on the first floor. The living space is 63 m². The apartment has a sunny and quiet location with a wonderful view over Flims and the surrounding mountains. There is a good access road and within 100 m you can reach free buses (ArenaShuttle and ski bus). You will find a wide living-/ dining Room with double bed (160 x 200 cm). This double bed is integrated into the wall unit and can be opened and closed easily. The bedroom has 3 separate beds. Children bed is available on request. In the washing room, there is a bathtub, a toilet and 2 sinks. The built-in kitchen is equipped with dish washer, oven, refrigerator and plenty of dishes. Cable-TV, Hi-fi system, books and parlour games are also available. There is a large balcony heading south, as well as a small lawn for sunbathing. You can find parking space in the parking garage. Washing machine and dryer are also available. Sauna and Solarium: for a fee.

Nearest Train: Chur at 20 Kilometres
Nearest Motorway: Reichenau/Flims at 9 Kilometres
Car: not necessary
Flims is located on a sunny patio, at an altitude of 1000 m between the prehistoric rock fall Flimserstein and the Rhine-canyon. The town is on one side surrounded by broad woodland with maintained hiking trails, on the other side by mountains up to 3000 m altitude. In the summertime, you can admire the beautiful alpine flora. 2 swimming lakes with crystal clear water invite you to refresh. In the winter season you'll find a huge skiing area (WeisseArena Flims/ Laax/ Falera) with 220 km maintained slopes, a paradise for snowboarders, 27 ski lifts, 60 km winter hiking trails and cross-country ski runs. The town offers a good tourist infrastructure with miscellaneous entertainment, numerous stores, boutiques, coffee bars, restaurants and bars, medicals practices, a public indoor swimming pool (Laax) and wellness in various hotels. Flims is also a nice starting point for a variety of daytrips to nearby mountain passes and to different tourist sites by car, train or the Glacier-Express.

Sehr schöne und toll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Wir hatten herrliches Wetter, tollen Schnee und konnten auch den Balkon bei strahlendem Sonnenwetter genießen.
Wohnung alles genau wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und aufgeräumt, bestens vorbereitet.
Hervorragende Ausstattung und Superskigebiet.
Kann bestens empfohlen werden!
