Visit our freestanding 120 m² -Villa, 300m to the beach with natural forest. 1st row. Nature, culture and rest on municipal boundary of Balchik! Hollywood director Francis Ford Copollas tip: 'Balchik is one of the last undestroyed paradises on earth': Like San Tropez earlier. Picturesque artists port town full of antiquities with mountain roads and miles of promenade and many fish restaurants (ridiculous prices). The second most famous Botanic Garden in the world (but more beautiful than the No.1 in Monte Carlo) with the Royal Palace. Protected South Bay. It is not hectic, but leisurely and calm. Each floor is 45 m² and is furnished separately for each family of 2 (-3) people, but can be linked. Ideal for 2 friends or families as Parent / adult children who want to holiday together, but don't want to share their intimacy. In Ground floor Studio: Supplement for 1 person.

The south bay of Balchik (protected microclimate, so royal and historic Old Town), small holiday village 'Fish-Fish' on the coast (guarantees no 'concrete boxes'), below the coastal road shortly after Albena. Quiet location. The beach 15 min walk. You do not need a (relatively expensive) rental car: 3 min from home to shuttle bus- and taxi stop (ridiculous prices): east 3 km to the Botanical Garden of Balchik (cultural Mecca) and the port, west 2 miles after Albena (holidaymakers Mecca). Varna Airport is 30 km over 'Bypass' street, through forest and meadow (no traffic jams in Varna) in a taxi and takes about 40 minutes or by bus 409 (in 80 minutes) and from the port Balchik 3 km Taxi on coastal road to Albena. Everything here is freedom from hustle and bustle. Mass tourism has not yet started. But there are many cultured British and Irish residents and the Bulgarian cultural elite.

Only one floor is needed, but they want use of the house, then we calculate 75%. Then you get the beautiful 1st floor with the large terrace and the studio. Case C: You only need a floor for 2 people, the rest may be otherwise occupied, then you pay 50%. Case D: If you have the 1st floor you can book the ground floor studio for 15%. Please put Case A to D in your enquiry! Plus cleaning 30, - € and taxi 45, - € (return)

Notes: The 1st and 2nd floors have separate kitchen facilities for self-sufficiency (by German standards) with ceramic stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and dishes (for cooking). We guarantee that, even if you only rarely cook(despite the wonderful sea view and terrace) the restaurant prices with superb fish offerings or Balkan grill food and Salads (1 litre of house wine for 5 €) are just a third of German prices.

Wir konnten herrlich abschalten auf der Terrasse und im Garten und mit langen Strandtagen, flachem Wasser für Kinder und ohne Massentrubel. Richtig schön einsam in der Natur gelegen. Bei Vollmond spiegelt sich das Meer so romantisch.
Die Treppe an der Steilküste sollten die Kinder aber schon selbst ersteigen können.
Die Sea-View-Villa ist modern und praktisch ausgestattet. Die Küche ist perfekt.
Balchick ist in nur 10 Autominuten total atemberaubend: Dort ist viel Exotik zu sehen an der langen Promenade.

´Wir waren in 2008 2 wochen in dieses ferienwohnung und es war sehr schön. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen und mann geniesst die natur rum drum. Wir haben 2 kinder 4 und 6 jahre die es auch genossen haben.
Wir würden ein Mietwagen empfehlen damit alles einfacher zu erreichen ist. Supermarkt ist um der ecke und auf dem weg dorthin gibt es viele Obstbäume wovon mann essen kann.
