Villa Esperanca is situated in a quiet villa estate of Vale do Milho, just 6 minutes from a fine, sandy beach. It includes 3 tastefully furnished bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with bath and shower as well as a bidet, a guest WC, a large living room with dining corner and fireplace and also a fully equipped kitchen with all machinery. The living room gives access via a slidig glass door to the adjacent terrace with dining area, and a view of the pool with its surrounding terrace. The pool terrace has sun loungers, sun shades, dining area, barbecue and external shower. The patio includes seating and barbecue. There’s a wonderful sea view from the large roof terrace. The garden contains palms and sub-tropical plants and there are spaces for 2 cars in front of the house. The fittings and furnishings of the house make for a successful holiday.

Villa Esperanca lies outside the town of Carvoeiro in the Vale do Milho area, near to the famous cliffs of Algar Secco. It’s location is great for getting to know the whole Algarve coastline. Very close by there’s a riding centre, tennis centre, water park, zoo marine and the most beautiful golf course in Europe. It’ only takes 2 hours by car to reach Seville. In Carvoeiro you’ll find all you need, such as supermarkets, restaurants, bars, fitness centre, post office, banks, doctors (including German), cosmetic studios etc.

Wir waren für die letzten 10 Septembertage in der Villa Esperanca und waren begeistert: Das Haus liegt in ruhiger Lage und etwas abseits der City von Carvoeiro, aber dennoch zu Fuß sehr gute Restaurants in der Nähe erreichbar (wenn man die überhaupt braucht, denn der Grillplatz und der geschützte Essplatz direkt am Pool sind Genuss pur!). Das Haus ist sauber und komplett eingerichtet (bis hin zu Eierkocher, Zitruspresse, usw. in der Küche oder Luftmatratze/Gummireifen für den großen Pool). In den drei Schlafzimmern gibt es jede Menge Platz für Kleidung und die Betten (Federkernmatratze) sind schön hart und deutlich besser, als durchgelegene Drahtgeflechtmatten, die wir auch schon in einem anderen Haus erlebt haben. Nach Aussage des Verwalters vor Ort (perfekter Service und sehr nett!) sollen die MDF-Platten im kommenden Winter durch Lattenroste ersetzt werden.
Die Fotos entsprechen 100% der Realität, so wie die ganze Beschreibung. Das Haus ist weiterzuempfehlen und wird vermutlich nicht das letzte Mal von uns besucht werden...

Alles super, bis auf die Betten!

Wir sind am 07.08.09 aus dem Urlaub an der Algarve zurückgekehrt. Die Villa entsprach absolut den Angaben in der Beschreibung. Toller Pool, tolle Lage. Nur die Betten waren eine Katastrophe. Sperrholzplatten unter den Matratzen, das geht gar nicht!! Wen das nicht stört, wird einen erholsamen und tollen Urlaub verbringen können.
