This aegean style villa is situated by the sea with a beautiful sandy beach (blue flag award) and is surrounded by a large garden with a private road. The large terrace offers a unique view of the sea. The villa has been recently fitted with new bathrooms, a fully equiped kitchen and a barbeque and is fully air conditioned. For colder days there is central heating and a fire place. The house is surrounded by a 4.000 sqm garden with trees, where the children can safely play, away from the traffic and noise. A few minutes walk takes you to the village of Tolo where you can find many tavernas, bars and shops. Six miles away is the city of Nafplion, first capital of Greece, known for the beautiful historic buildings, the Venetian Castles and the seaside restaurants, bars and cafes

The upper floor of the villa Katerina has three large bedrooms with direct sea view. Two of the bedrooms have double beds and one bedroom has two single beds. The apartment has three terraces all of which with unique view to the sea, where a family can comfortably dine, sunbath or relax. The living room has comfortable couches and a fireplace and the dining area can accomodate six people. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a refrigerator and cuttlery for a large family. A washing machine is also provided as well as broad-band internet access. If needed, an extra baby bed can be provided. The combination of large spaces, terraces with sea view, the position of the house close to the sand- beach as well as the private garden makes this villa a unique destination for your summer vacation.

The city of Nafplio which was the first capital of Greece, is situated 6 miles away from the villa. Nafplio is known as one of the most beautiful cities in Greece with the unique combination of Greek and Venetian architecture, the medieval castles, the unique shops and the many tavernas, cafes and bars by the sea. A thirty minute drive will take you to the ancient theatre of Epidavros, with classic Greek plays on July and August and the palace of Mycenae, the land of the Mycenaeans who fought in the Trojan War. Sparta and the byzantine Mystras are about a 90 minute drive and Olympia and Delfi are less than 3 hours away.
