Zoological garden, Kaiser-Wilhelm memory church, Ku-damm, Ka-De-We, Savignyplatz are only a few minutes away by car. The interesting gallery scene of the City-West, the Renaissance theater, the German opera and restaurants can be reached comfortably on foot. Additionally, the apartment is very attractive for families with children because of the installed lofts. The apartment is friendly and lightly furnished. Bedsheets and towels are provided. Comfortable equipment for a comfortable stay. High comfort.

it was very nice, clean and comfortable place, very close to u-s bahnof. if you don't like to climb, it can be difficult for you because it's on the 3th floor and there is no elevator. but when you reach the flat, it's really relaxing and nice. you should absolutely go to the zoo which takes 5 min by walk :)

very nice and clean, we arrived late in the night and a kind lady came to give us the keys, and we could leave the luggage till evening on the last day. Perhaps the shower is not so confortable to use, but the atmosphere of the house, very silent at night, is super. We would be pleased to return!

Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und klar eingerichtet sowie äußerst sauber. Freundliche Kontaktpersonen! Die Lage der Wohnung macht sie bestens geeignet vor allem für Unternehmungen in den mittlerweile (nach Regionalisierung des Bahnhofs Zoologischer Garten) vernachlässigten westlichen, zentrumsnahen Stadtteilen. Kudamm, Fasanenstraße, die TU, die UdK, das KdW, Nollendorfplatz etc. sind alle noch zu Fuß zu erreichen. Leute die etwas weniger mobil sind werden etwas anderes suchen wegen der Treppen. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und werde sicher bei einem der nächsten Berlinaufenthalte wieder versuchen, ob die Wohnung frei ist.

Individuelles Wohnen als Tourist mitten in Berlin

Eine freundliche, helle Wohnung in einem Berliner Altbau, im 3. Stock gelegen. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die kleine Küche enthält alles, was man braucht, um sich selbst zu verpflegen. Mehrere Schlafgelegenheiten. Wir (Ehepaar) haben uns auf die Empore zum Schlafen zurückgezogen (sehr gemütlich!). Unsere erwachsene Tochter schlief im großen Bett im Wohnraum, das tagsüber mit wenigen Handgriffen zu einer Couch umgebaut werden kann.
Das Renaissance-Theater befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, ebenso diverse Restaurants der unterschiedlichsten Preisklassen, ebenso ist die U-Bahn in 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnungsschlüssel wurden zugeschickt, so dass wir keinen festen Termin bei der Ankunft einhalten mussten. auch die Rückgabe bei Abreise war problemlos.
Unbedingt empfehlenswert für Reisende, die das Individuelle lieben!
