Villa Leopard - a place to relax and be pampered. On 300 m² of living space you will find adequate space for 6-8 people. The house has 3 bedrooms for 2 people each, a cozy living room with an open view of the Makuti roof, a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. On the top floor you will find a living floor (100 m²) with a gallery and an additional large double bed and 1 balcony. In the outdoor area, you will have a large patio with chairs + connected lawn. In the middle of our 4000 m² tropical garden, you will find our centrepiece is the large, well-lit swimming pool with crystal-clear freshwater. The villa was newly built in a typical style and has unique architecture. The stylish apartment furnishing and lovely accessories provide for a comfortable feeling. Both of our dogs Blacky and Simba make sure that you don't get bored, they would prefer to always just play.

Our holiday house is located on Diani Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on the Indian Ocean. The harbor city of Mombasa with an airport is only 35 km away. Undisturbed nature, in the background the Shimba Hill reserve - these distinguish this region. A few minutes on foot and you are already on the beach with its white coral sand. The beach stretches over 12 km long. On one side, countless coconut trees accompany you, on the other side, the Indian Ocean shines with its turquoise color warm water. Water sport enthusiasts will love it. The climate is comfortably mild - here it is always summer.

  • All costs for cleaning, laundry and personnel are included in the price. Additionally, electricity and water consumption costs are charged with € 30 per week.   • Pre-payment 25% upon booking, rest due at latest 4 weeks before arrival. Should the trip not occur, the pre-payment is due as a cancellation fee.

Environment: You can experience the underwater world of the Indian Ocean while snorkeling or diving. Multiple diving bases offer their services on the beach. The nearby 5* Diani Reef Hotel has a first-class casino. Countless international restaurants are located along the Diani Beach street. The nearby Diani Beach Hospital has European standards. Very good, mostly Indian doctors will take care of your needs.

Safari: The nearby Tsavo national park can be discovered alone with a rental car. Tip: the Thari Camp in Tsavo east national park is located in the middle of the outback. An own artificial water area makes sure that elephants, buffalo, antelopes and sometimes also leopards and lions come by. The camp has large comfortable tents with WC and a warm shower, a bush bar and a dining tent for good prices. You can spend the evening by a camp fire and listen to the voices of nature and the experiences of Margit Ruggieri and Trevor Jennings, who built the camp and will make your stay a very special experience.

Service: The safety of our guests means a lot to us. In addition to a night watchman (also Sundays), we have a radio-controlled alarm system that is connected with a security service (Group4). Both of our dogs Blacky and Simba are always very attentive. Included in the rental price is the service of our cook David. He looks forward to pampering you with culinary delicacies. Shopping in the supermarket is fun with these low prices. You can get fresh fish directly from the fishers by the house.

Golf: The Leisure Lodge Golf Club is located only 500 m from the villa. An excellent course with a high level. The prices are affordable and the course is never overfilled.
