Photos and Description of the Benissa vacation rental Outdoor area with outdoor kitchen, grill and pool, secluded

This is a comfortable villa with wonderful ocean view. The garden with its Mediterranean plants and trees and the large covered terrace with plenty of seating and sun beds on the large pool really invite you to relax. The villa is about 800 m from the ocean (Baladrar beach). Only the 2-room apartment is rented in the villa, however, there are not any other guests in the house during the rental period. The apartment itself has a bedroom with double bed, a living room with 2 pull-out beds and this is enough space for 4 people, kitchen and WC/shower. The entire spacious outdoor area with the large 10 x 5 m pool and the 120 m² covered terrace, porch, outdoor kitchen, grill and dining area are provided exclusively for the guest and it is completely secluded! The apartment has satellite TV/radio, heating.

The house is in the Benissa community, but also near Moraira. Moraira is located on a unique bizarre and green section of Costa. There are many sand beaches and quiet rock cliffs stretched along the coast. It is the number 1 healthy climate zone in Europe. There are local fisher pubs and exquisite restaurants. The Moraira marina is without a doubt the most beautiful sport harbour in all of Valencia. Moraira was originally an old fishing village. Meanwhile, shopping centres are able to fulfil even the highest demands.

Wir verbrachten zwei herrliche Wochen in diesem Haus.
Der Pool ist besonders für Kinder sehr schön und wurde von unserem Sohn gern zum schwimmen und tauchen genutzt. Die Außenküche war sehr schön bei den hohen Temperaturen. Man kann alles draußen machen. Und man findet auch am Pool einen Platz im Schatten (wer die Sonne nicht so verträgt). Mit dem Auto waren auch die Freizeitparks in Benidom, eine Höhle, der Safari-Park Vergel und die naheliegenden Leuchttürme (mit tollem Panoramablick)sowie weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu erreichen.
