The Casa Esplai is a very well-kept small townhouse only 100m from the beach in Colonia de Sant Pere. You can reach shops on foot for your daily needs. And this is how you will live: you enter your holiday home through a well-lit hallway with a small patio in the middle. On the ground floor you will find two modern double bedrooms and a bathroom. Through a staircase you can get to the first floor and here you will find a very cosy living room. During the summer, you can enjoy the sun on two balconies. Your open built-in kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher and fridge and freezer. On this floor you will also find a guest-WC. The Casa Esplai has a large roof terrace that you can find on the sun loungers. Here you can get a view of the harbour and the sea to Formentor. On the basement you will find another bedroom, shower/bath, WC, washing machine and garage.

Colonia de Sant Pere or Colonia San Pedro is a traditional urbanisation in the Arta district. In the holiday region there are only 2-3 small hotels and here you can enjoy your holiday far from mass tourism. There is a small nice marina, multiple good restaurants and bars, a bakery, a pharmacy, bank and two grocery stores. The large supermarkets are in Arta or Can Picafort. Colonia de San Pere has a sand bay along the promenade.

Das Ferienhaus entspricht absolut der bildlichen Darstellung im Internet und befindet sich in einer sehr gepflegten, abgeschlossenen Anlage, in der man sich jederzeit sicher fühlen konnte. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man auch zu Hause nicht missen möchte (u.a. sogar mit Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine uvm.). Ganz besonders gut gefallen hat uns der kurze Weg zum Pool, die ruhige Lage und die tolle Aussicht von der Dachterrasse. Auch alle Restaurants, der kleine Lebensmittelladen, der Hafen und der Strand waren ohne weiteres schnell zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Ort selbst ist nicht "überlaufen" und hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Wir werden sicherlich noch einmal wiederkommen!

Wir waren im Juli 2008 in diesem schönen Haus und haben dort einen der schönsten Urlaube bisher verbracht. Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter war sehr nett und gut organisiert und es hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Für 4 Personen ist das Haus ideal. Wir waren zu fünft. Unsere Tochter schlief im Wohnzimmer, wo zwei Couchen stehen die man beide aufklappen kann. In der Nacht ist es wunderbar kühl, am Tag wünscht man sich doch eine Klimaanlage. Man kann aber die Fenster in der Nacht offen lassen und keine Gelse wird einen belästigen. Besonders toll ist auch die Pizzeria Bruno gleich neben der Ferienanlage.Bruno der Besitzer ist ein richtiges Original. Wir hatten einen Leihwagen (Opel Astra mit 3000 km drauf) also fast neu. Der schönste Strand war Playa del Muro, weißer Sand und glasklares türkises Meer. Allerdings nur mit dem Auto in ca. 20 min. zu erreichen. Stört aber nicht, denn man fährt durch eine wunderschöne Landschaft. Wir wollen auf jeden Fall 2010 wiederkommen und freuen uns jetzt schon drauf.

Sehr schönes, ruhiges Haus, toll gelegen, in kleinerer Anlage. Wunderschöne Dachterrasse auf der sowohl das frühstücken, als auch das Abendessen ein Erlebnis ist (Aussicht!)
