Brief Description: A beautifully restored old homestead in the middle of the vast, undeveloped Centennial Valley. This 10,000 acre ranch borders the Red Rocks Lakes National Wildlife Refuge, and is just over an hour from Yellowstone Park. Enjoy the views of the Centennial Mountains, Lima Peaks and the foothills of the Gravelly Mountain range. The few homes in the valley are all about five miles apart.

Bedrooms and baths: There are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms in the home. The master bedroom is on the upper level of the home with a queen size bed. It is quite spacious and has doors out to its own private deck. There are two additional, smaller bedrooms (each with a twin bed, and a single trundle down below) and two full baths in the home.

Kitchen, dining area and living room: The main level of the home has an open floor plan, with big windows and glass doors looking out to the wildlife refuge and the Centennial Mountain range. The galley style kitchen is open to the dining area, which has a large dining table. The cozy living room has a "gas fired" woodstove.

Services available: The rental rate includes an end of stay cleaning. For guests who stay two weeks or more, a weekly cleaning will be done.

Activities nearby: Hiking, fishing, birdwatching and just relaxing and getting away from it all. The fishing that is nearby includes Elk and Hidden Lakes, Red Rock Creek and Elk Springs Creek. This pristine and remote corner of Montana is how we imagine it to have been 100 years ago!

Other details: No smoking is allowed in the home. There is a private phone and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Pets are allowed with written approval from Mountain Home and a double security deposit. All Mountain Home properties have fully equipped kitchens, and include good quality kitchen, bath and bed linens, and staples like paper goods, laundry, dish and hand soaps.
