Our freshly renovated cosy apartment is located on the ground floor of the apartment house Casa Alpina. In the cellar you will find a swimming pool and sauna to be used free of charge. The lifts and trains are a few minutes away on foot. Saalbach-Hinterglemm offers attractive activities for young and old during the summer and winter.

The holiday resort of Saalbach-Hinterglemm offers a fantastic mountain panorama plus 200 km of prepared ski slopes of all difficulties with 55 cable car and lifts and ski fun parks, half pipes, etc. The ski season goes from the end of November to the middle of April. During the summer, 400 km of hiking paths, countless slopes for mountain biking, a water park, a mountain adventure path, a golf course with a driving range, riding options, fishing ponds and a lot more are available for active relaxation. In the city you will find several restaurants and a lively nightlife along with shopping facilities of all types. For excursions, you can go to Zell am See, the Kitzsteinhorn, the Großglocknerstraße and Salzburg.

Kontakt mit dem vermieter war:sehr prompt,freundlich,zuvorkommend.
Wir haben eine schön gepflegte und saubere wohnung vorgefunden, wir fahnden es schön, das es eine nichtraucherwohnung ist, alles was man für einen urlaub so braucht war vorhanden nur die ewigen meckerer können da was aussetzen, die gehöhren auch nicht in eine ferienwohnung, wir werden auf jeden fall nächstes jahr wieder dort urlaub machen und unseren freunden und bekannten die wohnung weiterempfehlen

Wir haben uns sehr kurz entschlossen Urlaub in den Bergen zu machen,und haben uns für die FWo Sonnenschein entschieden.
Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war schnell und unkompliziert.
In der Wohnung ist alles da was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Schön war die Nutzung des Balkons nachh unsren Wanderungen und natürlich die Sauna.Zum Einkaufen war auch alles in der Nähe. Für uns war es sehr angenehm das die Wohnung als Nichtraucher-Wohnung angeboten wird.
Finden wir ganz toll. Wenn es nochmal Saalbach sein soll dann wieder in dieser Wohnung.

Gute Ferienwohnung - Zu empfehlen

Wir waren über Silvester in der Ferienwohnung Sonnenschein. Vorab hat der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin sehr gut geklappt, was uns sehr gefreut hat.
Die Wohnung war sauber und die Küche mit reichlich Geschirr ausgestattet (in anderen Wohnungen mangelt es oft an etwas). Für uns war die Wohnung mit 2 Personen optimal. Das Haus ist relativ groß (ca. 40 Wohneinheiten) und etwas hellhörig, was uns aber nach anstrengenden Skitagen nicht gestört hat.
Sauna und Schwimmbad haben wir nicht genutzt.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral. Die Lifte sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Auto konnten wir die komplette Woche stehen lassen. Für den nächsten Saalbach Urlaub werden wir diese Wohnung vormerken! Gerne wieder!

Ordentlich und gut gelegen!

Wir waren zu zweit übers Ski-Wochenende dort.
Eine ordentliche Unterkunft für 2-3 Leute. Auch das Schwimmbad ist gut zu gebrauchen.
10-15Minuten Fussweg zum Schattberg-XPress und zum Apres-Ski nach Saalbach.
Echt empfehlenswert...
