The “Casa Pescadora” house is located in the village centre, just 50 metres from the sea. It has a living room, kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large terrace on the ground floor and a further terrace on the first floor. There is also a roof terrace. The internal area of the house is around 150 m² and is distributed over two floors. The surrounding land occupies around 400 m². In the living room there is a comfortable sofa, several armchairs and a TV with satellite connection which receives major international TV and radio channels in digital quality. There is a dining table and four chairs. The bedrooms are very spacious, and each has a double-bed with a comfortable mattress as well as a large wardrobe. The bathrooms are fitted with a bath/shower. Bed linen, hand towels, bath towels and tea towels are provided in plenty. A washing machine is installed.

The situation: The small and quiet fishing village of La Caleta is located on the Costa Adeje which is to become the most expensive and luxurious area on the sunny south coast of Tenerife. Colourful luxury hotels with lush gardens form the backdrop to the most beautiful beaches in the south of the island, especially the Playa del Duque beach. La Caleta is bordered by the Golf Costa Adeje, which is a 27-hole championship golf course. In the village there are still typical local Tapa bars and fish restaurants, all of which are recommended - and all at moderate prices.

The kitchen: The modern kitchen has everything that you might need on holiday: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle. A safe is also installed. You can park your car in the garage.

Smoking is, of course, no problem outside the house, on the terraces or in the garden.
