This well-maintained condominium is in a side-street in an exposed location that leads to Fort Lauderdale Marina. The garden with pool allows an open view of water and boats. This luxurious newly-renovated apartment of 95 m² is comfortably furnished and has tasteful fittings. It has a fully equipped kitchen with adjacent spacious living/dining room and terrace. It also has 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one bedroom including a shower room ensuite. All floors are high-grade parquet. Air conditioning, central heating, plasma TV, DVD player and telephone are basic fittings.

Excellent place To Stay

We stayed for 2 weeks and found everything as we had been told. The property was clean and well maintained. It was very quiet just as we like. The owner provided good customer service.We would like to book again for March 2010 for 2 weeks but as yet we have not had a reply. it is very handy for the Port Everglades. We would recommend it to our friends

Die Anmietung der Wohnung wurde schnell und unkompliziert vorgenommen. Den Schlüssel, sowie
eine sehr gute, detaillierte Anfahrtsbeschreibung zur Wohnung haben wir erhalten. Die Wohnung selbst ist sauber und gepflegt, sehr schön eingerichtet, eine gute Kombination aus europäischem und amerikanischem Style. Die Küche hat alle Geräte, die das Kochen erleichtern. Klimaanlage und Ventilator für heiße, schwüle Tage sind vorhanden und beim Gebrauch auch sehr leise. Es ist sehr ruhig und man kann sich sehr gut erholen. Die Marina und das Restaurant am Ende der Straße, ca. 10 Min. zu Fuß entfernt, hat uns gut gefallen und sind zu empfehlen. Von dort fährt auch das Wassertaxi los, dort lernt man Fort Lauderdale vom Wasser aus kennen. Diese Tour ist sehr zu empfehlen.
Alle notwendigen Geschäfte (Supermarkt usw) sind in der Nähe. Der Strand von Fort Lauderdale ist in ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Ich würde jederzeit die Wohnung wieder buchen oder auch an Freunden und Bekannten weiterempfehlen.

Die Angaben im der Beschreibung waren absolut korrekt.
Die Wohung war sehr gepflegt und sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet
Die Vorbereitung und Wegbeschreibung sowie die Tips für den Urlaub waren perfekt.
Das Feriendominizil würde ich jederzeit weiterempfehlen
und auch wieder anmieten.
Strand, Restaurants, Freizeitmöglichkeiten sind super.
