About Linda Lockhart
I'm the daughter of the property's second owners, Grace and William Lockhart who purchased the home in circa 1965. The first owner was Bing Crosby's brother Phil. I remember my first trip to our family vacation home in the mid 60s with our station wagon packed with goodies for the new house.
In February 2012, at the age of 95 my dad passed away and now own the home with my 87 year old mom.
With the guidance of award winning designers, the renovation turned out more spectacular than I could have imagined.
It's important to me to have a full size kitchen with all the amenities and appliances that you would have in your own home along with .
The master bedroom furniture belonged to my parents along with the great-room credenza, living room coffee table. The hanging lamps in the front bedroom and living room were stored in a closet in this house for over 20 years and were integrated in the remodel for their period correct accents but more so, for their sentimental meaning.
My goal is to create a beautiful environment with appointments and decor that surpasses the expectations of the discriminate guest.
Photo is of Mom, my son Brooks and me on vacation last year in Loreto, Baja California Sur.
