Holidays without a car !! Our house, surrounded by a garden with lawn and car park, lies in a sunny, central position, just a few walking minutes to the pedestrian area. A grocer's, a restaurant-pizzeria, a bus stop and a children's playground are next to our home ( 1-2 walking minutes ). On request garage a short walkaway (130 metres ) for 27 € per week. A good starting point for wonderful excursions and sunny walks in summer and for skiers in winter. The distance to the Alpe di Siusi and the Seceda uphill facilities is about 400-500 metres only and there is also a very convenient bus service during the main winter and summer season. In winter a skibus-stop is located circa 80 metres from the house and permits you to reach quickly all skiing destinations of Gardena Valley and the famous Sella Ronda circuit. Margareth and Herbert Rabanser would be happy to welcome you to their house, to assist you with all the necessary and to be at your service for any information

Connections: By car: The Val Gardena road network is directly connected to the motorway Autostrada del Brennero (A 22). From exit Chiusa-Val Gardena follow the road signs and Ortisei is reached in about 20 minutes. The mountain passes and the end of the valley are only a few minutes away. In Val Gardena, however, it is possible to leave your car for the whole period of your stay as the public transport connections are very good and frequent in the high season and there are many lifts to the high altitude excursion. By train: Intercity and Eurocity trains stop all in Bolzano (36 km), in Bressanone (28 km) and some even in Chiusa (20 km). There are various buses which leave from Bolzano, Bressanone and Chiusa for Val Gardena. By airplane: The nearest airports are Bolzano, Verona, Innsbruck, Munich and Milan. The Bolzano airport has daily flights to Rome and Munich. Furthermore in winter and summer season transfers have been organized between the airports of Verona and Bergamo and Val Gardena.

Our recently new furnished apartment Marion, ideal for 4-5 people, is very comfortable and cosy . It is situated on the ground floor, surrounded by a garden-lawn with the possibility to eat outside. Deck-chairs, beach chairs and garden furnitures invite you to rest and relax. The apartment consists of a new furnished livingroom in tyrolean stile with tiled stove and TV with satellite reception.The sofa can be converted into a double bed. A separated spacious kitchen is well provided with eating table, gas cooker with electric oven, hood, dish washer, fridge with freezer, iron, coffee-maker and with all the necessary . Furthermore there are a double-bedroom, one bedroom with a french double bed and a bunk bed ( 3 beds ) and a bathroom with underfloor heating, towel dryer, big mirror, hair dryer, toilet, shower box and washing machine. At your disposal are free wireless DSL internet access, baby bed and baby chair and ski depot with boot heater for our winter guests.

  • These are the prices for a week for 3-4 people. For each additional person we have to charge between 80 € and 130 € per week. Our prices are per week and include all: taxes ( VAT) , bed linen ( not towels ), hot water, internet access, final cleaning etc. At the time of booking we beg you to pay approximately 30 % of the total as a deposit (security payment). Families with children can avail of special discounts in low season.

    During these WINTER WEEKS FOR KIDS we offer you great discounts for a stay of at least 7 days in our apartments: 30% for children up to the age of 8 years and 15% for children from 8 to 12 years, with discounts for skipass, ski school and ski hire.

    3.CHILDREN’S WEEKS SUMMER until July 6 th, 2013: 30% discount for children up to the age of 8 and 15% discount for children aged between 8 and 12 years. During these weeks your kids can enjoy having wonderful new experiences during a rich program of entertainment. It is all a matter of playing, fun, nature and sport, events and parties.

Nevertheless, the apartment is ideal for 4-5 people only. Baby bed on request . The apartment is equipped with bed linen, no towels. We offer them only occasionally, when you do not arrive by your own car.
