Plot of 1.000 m² completely fenced and with cultivated garden, 200 m² of living space, 5 bedrooms (2 with double bed, 3 with 2 single beds each one), 3 bathrooms, kitchen with dish washer, microwave, oven, combination cooler-fridge, coffee machine, laundry with washing machine and dryer, living dining-room with open fireplace and TV, beautiful breakfast terrace, several terraces (partly covered), BBQ square 4 x 7 m with pool terrace, garden furniture and sun beds, outdoor bath room with toilet and shower, central heating, parking facilities in front of the property. The urbanization offers absolute tranquility, shopping facilities and large sandy beach with blue flag 1.500 m, 150 m to the restaurant, large tennis centre in the village. Within 10 min. by car you can reach Cala Ratjada and Arta, 4 golf courses, 8 natural beaches.
