2 bedroom,2 bathrooms villa sleeps 4 with spectacular views and private pool

This delightful villa is situated in the north of St.Lucia, with stunning views over the Caribbean sea and with distant views of the famous Pitons.It is perfect for a romantic getaway for 2 or a relaxing break with family or friends. It is just minutes away from beautiful beaches,the marina, a health and beauty centre as well as 1 of the islands 18 hole golf courses. Set in 1 acre of private gardens with many mature local fruit trees inc. mango, lime,oranges and banana.The villa is well equipped with air-conditioning in both bedrooms.There is a b.b.q. area, a large private swimming pool and spa plus poolside bar.

House keeper: A house keeper is available on request at a cost of $25 us. per day, please ask Mr Blanchard for days should you like her to come in. We are also able to arrange our local taxi man to pick you up from the airport and take you to the villa. Payment direct to Mr. Blanchard of $80 us.

We are situated on the Cap Estate on the north of the island, approx.3 miles from Rodney Bay where you will find bars, restaurants and shops. The marina is about 2 miles from the villa where you will find plenty of water sport available including deep sea fishing water sking to name just a couple. The jump up street party is held at Gros Islet every Friday night which is just 2 miles away.(not to be missed) If you play golf the 18 hole golf course is just minutes away.

Golf: This villas address is 13 Golf Park and as suggests is within walking distance of St.Lucias Internationl 18 golf course, in fact you can see the course from the comfort of the private pool and spa with a rum punch from your very own poolside bar! known as the rum shack.

Booked villa at short notice and the owner was very helpful and easy to deal with.
On arrival we found everything as described.Villa was spacious and comfortable, pool area and view were excellent with a large well kept garden.
Jeep is essential due to location (also hired from owner) and all amenities are only a short drive.
Would certainly recommend this property to anyone looking for peaceful getaway.
Recommended for:  Romantic Getaway

If you want a beautiful piece of the island, then cap estate and the lymings villa is for you... Gave my wife a Christmas present to St Lucia this feb and we loved it!!! Place was clean and tastefully decorated.The views from the gorgeous pool and decks of the house are truly spectacular. You sit out there in the mornings or the evenings having a meal or a drink and realize it can't get any better than this.The proximity to Rodney bay and other areas of interest, golf, shopping, tours, and dinning are very close by, so you really do have it all here...Peaceful and just very very relaxing for sure.

The owner was very accomodating to us and answered every question we had prior to our trip and the help at the villa were also super friendly and very helpful to us as well.

Would go back in a heart beat and just wish we never had to leave this past Sunday!!! You will definitely be happy here!!!


PS You definitely need a car to get around as you are high on a hill at the villa and plan on 2 hrs from airport to villa
