The bungalows are in a small, very cared resort, only 200m from the beach, every bungalow with seaview and litttle garden of its own. You can walk into romantic Capoliveri wiith its Oldtown- very authentic, very special, very Italian.In the apartment you will find everything necessary. In the near there is a tenniscourt to rent, divingschool, restaurant at the beach.In Capoliveri is the world's competition downhill race. The island is very convenient for cycling and mountain biking. You will like the houses and you will come back- nearly everybody gets in love with the island and its people! We come there its 17 years now! The water is really clear, there are a lot of nice little romantic villages- not too far away- you can make a tour round the island in about 4 hours by car! The ferry is not expensive and takes only 1 hour- please ask us- we will help you and answer all your questions- before you go (even on telephone) or when you need help in Italy we're always available by phone.

Bungalows in a row- 5-6 persons, everybody has it's own space, garden, furniture for the garden, seaview!!! Only 200m to the beach! 5 -10 minutes to Capoliveri! One sleepingroom - the other beds/ sofas in the lving-room. No extra-costs! Capoliveri is one of the nicest little authentic villages on Elba!

You will like the houses and you will come back- nearly everybody gets in love with the island and its people! We come there its 17 years now! The owner of the houses is a friend of us- he will be there to help you, too. We meanwhile had some English people- even honeymooners! So the tips for you ( with all that stuff where we think you should buy your bread, what you could do with children/ without, which beaches we think you should go to with small children, shopping tips)

Die Anlage ist schön gelegen und ganz gut gepflegt. Je nach Wohnung hat man sogar einen (kleinen) Blick aufs Meer. Der Verwalter ist freundlich, spricht jedoch weder deutsch noch englisch. Der nahegelegene Strand (200 m) ist recht steinig.
Negativ ist die Ausstattung zu erwähnen. In der Küche gibt es sehr wenig Geschirr und Besteck. So gibt es z.B. insgesamt nur 5 (!) Gläser (es gibt keine Weingläser,und das in Italien!), keine Eierbecher, keine anständigen Messer. Die Terrassenmöbel sind aus Kunststoff, Auflagen dafür gibt es nicht (d.h. man fängt sofort an zu schwitzen). Insgesamt ist die Einrichtung eher etwas einfach, hier und da klemmen Türen oder sind Reparaturen fällig. Während unseres Aufenthaltes gab es leider sehr viele Mücken, zum Glück sind in die Fenster Fliegengitter integriert. Eine Klimaanlage ist auch vorhanden! Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Urlaub, über die kleinen Schönheitsfehler kann man hinweggucken.

Beste Anlage, die wir bisher besucht haben, top gepflegt, ruhig, alles bestens
Allerdings: kein Sandstrand, sondern Kieselstrand, beste Gelegenheiten zum Schnorcheln: wir gehen wieder dorthin
