The Villa with 5 rooms is situated above the beach 'La Fustera' - distance ca. 1.5km - in a quiet and green area with a nice view to Calpe, the Sea and the Hills. The plot with ca. 1'000m2 is surrounden and protected with walls and hedges gives you a high privaty. Under the palmtrees, fruittrees and an old tree, together with the terasses you always will find shadow places. The Villa was reconstructed completely in 2003 and has 2 modern kitchens - one in the 1st. flat - inkl. 2 diswashers and all other needed kitchen equipments. The Villa has a central heating and aircondition. The electrical maindoor you can open with a remote control.

Next Supermarket ca. 1.2 km, to the towns Calpe, Moraira and Benissa = ca. 6-8 km. Several golf courses in the near surrounding. The situation of the Villa allows not to be too far from the Sea, but in a green quite hill area with a beautifull panaromic view. In Calpe, Benissa and Moraira you will find historic old towns but also the living town with all the restorants, bars, markets, shopping centers. If you have enough from all these things you can go back and relax on the terasses, pool or shadow places und the trees enjoy the higly private athmosphere.
