Nice view to the Alps-Maritimes, towards Biot old village and the sea. With two levels, equipped for 6-8 persons. With a shaded, furnished Patio on the large sunny terrace with a private mosaic swimming-pool. Equipped with new modern and good quality furniture inside and comfortable teak furniture outside. 1 bedroom downstairs with large bed and en suite bathroom with WC with large window-door to access the terrace directly. 2 bedrooms upstairs with large bed and en suite bathroom with WC. Additional sofa bed in the living room. Separate and fully equipped Arc Linea-kitchen with dish-washer, microwave, 4 electric hotplates (Gaggenau) and oven. Internet access. Parking for several cars.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub in der roten Villa! Das Haus ist gepflegt, der Garten und die Poolanlage superschön und man hat einen wirklich traumhaften Blick! Wir haben eigentlich die meiste Zeit dort verbracht und wollten gar keine Ausflüge machen, so schön ruhig und relaxed war es. Selbst unserer Tochter fand es perfekt! Die Betreuung durch den deutschsprachigen Empfang war sehr hilfreich mit ihren vielen Tipps, da wir kaum Französisch sprechen. Wir werden im nächsten Jahr sicherlich mindestens eine Woche wiederkommen, denn wir kennen immer noch nicht alle Golfplätze in der Umgebung!
