The 3 room ground floor apartment in the 1900 villa with three more apartments is surrounded by about 400 m² large garden with a large south-facing terrace, whose steps lead into the shaded wine gazebo in the garden. Sun terrace and wine gazebo invite you to stay. The enclosed parking space for a car is located directly by the garden entrance in front of the house. The path on foot to the city centre takes about 8-10 minutes. All types of shops including supermarkets, post office, kiosks with international newspapers and restaurants, etc. can be easily reached. Historical city centre with a lot of charming cafes.

The old, picturesque Vence on a cliff is enclosed by two gorges and protected from the northern winds by the last foothills to the alps and the so-called Baous. Its mild climate lets the roses, cloves, violets, mimosa and olives, citrus fruits and wine grow and makes for a popular holiday destination during the summer and winter. A lot of artists have come to the market squares and countless galleries enrich cultural life with their exhibitions.
