Your Cot was completely restaurated in 1992. There are 2 bedrooms, a large living room with an additional sleeping sofa for more guests. On the ground floor there is a large dining room and an extra-large kitchen with a traditional wood-stove for typical italian cooking. The terrace is right next to the creek. The garden uphill is the right place to get suntan. To the lake it is only approximately 12 minutes.

Musignano is an old, romantic Italian village that has remained in its old structure, in midst the protected natural park of Lake Maggiore and only as little as 15 minutes away from the Lake. Ideally for those, who needs rest and like to explore the natural park on foot. The romantic village attracts many Milan artists who often spend their weekends there.

  • The old mill was reconstructed in 1992. There are two bedrooms and a large living room on the 1st floor. There you find a sleeping sofa for additional guests. From the living room you may enter the large terrace and from there to sunbathing the garden on the hill behind the house. On the ground floor there is a huge dining-room and a very large kitchen, well equipped

Eine alte Mühle, am Bach und dann noch in einem urig-romantischen Dorf. Wir hatten auch noch Glück mit dem Wetter. Die Küche ist außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet. Der Wohnraum nett möbliert und insgesamt alles sehr großzügig. Unser Sohn ist 10 und fand den Mühlbach toll. Hinterm Haus ein großer Sonnengarten. Die Terrasse hat einen gemauerten Grill. Mehr kann man wikrlich nicht erwarten. Selten, dass Relaität und Prospekt so gut passen.

Nett restauriert, links und rechts zwei kleine Bächlein (die bei Gewitter auch als Waaserfall zu bezeichnen sind). Wer die etwas mühsame Anfahrt (ca. 20 min auf kleinen Serpentinen) nicht scheut und Ruhe mag (uns war es etwas zu ruhig - bis auf die nachtaktiven Tiere im Gebälk), wird sich hier sehr wohlfühlen.
Das Bad musste von uns erst grundgereinigt werden.
Es fehlen Liegen auf der Terasse.
